I thought that the word EL was a nice bilingual touch where the businesses roots could resonate with the folks who enjoyed its services To my surprise, and it really shouldn't have come as a surprise, quality car washes with great customer service tends to be highly sought after and it is a great pleasure that I find these places popping up all over the place In terms of bang for your buck, I recently traveled long-term, so a monthly pass was undeniably more cost-effective than a one time wash. The distance between these washes are hundreds of miles and yet to find a location is like finding a gem. I'm always very pleased with the work and very glad with the way the car wash came out. I LOVED this car wash when they first opened. I still think the onsite staff is so sweet BUT I noticed a few months ago that all of the cleaners, glass cleaner, interior cleaner and today even the air deodorizer is basically straight water. I am not a young chump, I have been cleaning my home and cars for decades. I know the difference between a cleaner and straight water and this place is using straight water in all of their cleaners, no scent, no cleaning agent, nothing - water! I feel completely ripped off. Not to mention their car wash is beginning to leave a film on the windows, today I had what looked like gum smeared across my roof. Great new car wash spot in Brevard! The car wash did a great job cleaning my vehicle. Once finished they have complimentary towels to dry your car. Some other available features with the car wash include a station for each car with a vacuum, glass cleaner, multipurpose cleaner and fragrance. All at no additional cost. Along with these items they also have a sink for spraying off your rubber mats and a carpet mat cleaner. They really thought of everything here. This is the best car wash I've ever used. The equipment, people, and amenities are great!

First of all this Branch does not offer a bug cleaning station unlike other locations near the area. I asked why they didn't offer the amenity and the guys answer was that "Bad apples of the bunch ruined it for everyone". What does that even mean? Like cmon it's Florida, bugs galore here..... Wow , just wanted a quick clean up after some muddy puddles. Car recently detailed . I will now spend 2 to 3 hours cleaning what was a clean car . I have to think from the water spots they get their spotless rinse water from the retention pond . Very disappointed. read more

New car wash in the area. Drive thru style. Visited this new location today. My car was left spotless. Loved the rolling rags at the end as the blowers work to get the water off. This touch makes sure you leave with a spotless windshield. Everyone was friendly and happy. The vacuum area was fitted with super powerful vacuums, rags and free cleaner for the interior as well as compressor sprays and air to fully detail the inside. Tried El Car Wash for the first time today. Overall, a good value and experience. But my experience did have a few minor quibbles. First, the good stuff. Prices seem reasonable and service was friendly and fast. Not sure of the fellow's name who got me started, but he was from Titusville and very nice. Got lined up and through the wash entrance with help from the attendant in no time. The post-wash amenities are where El is kicking butt against its competitors. Yes, you get the standard "free vacuum." But how about free compressed air blower, free towels, free window cleaner sprayer, free fragrance sprayer, and free interior cleaner sprayer?!?! Oh, and also free floor mat cleaner--including for carpeted mats. The monthly membership seems like a good value, if you remember to go at least a few times per month (something I'm not the best at doing). The post-wash experience here can't be beaten (at least so far). Now, the not-so-stellar stuff. I paid for the top wash and I have no idea how the attendant knew to dial that in versus the lowest cost or mid-tier washes, which makes me believe I got the same wash that everyone else got. Was it the Top? Mid? Basic? Don't know. There was no communication after paying, other than the attendant holding a little sign to signal me forward and then to set my car in neutral. No one checked my receipt. Nothing written on the windshield. Couldn't see much happening during the wash to indicate I was getting all of the wash components due to the speed and windshield coverage. Oh well. Maybe they were giving everyone top washes--regardless of payment--since it's Christmas Eve. Trip through was really fast. Perhaps too fast? Why? Because it didn't really clean the car that well. I had to use one of those free towels in an attempt to finish scraping off little spots here and there. Too many spots to get it all by hand. My car was really dirty, so perhaps a few more trips through would get a deeper clean without too much follow-up elbow grease (this is where that monthly membership would come in handy). Also, no real military discount, other than upselling a slightly reduced monthly membership. That's a bummer, because other local places provide a 10% military discount--even if you only wash once. Finally--and this bears mentioning--the water is really stinky, so I guess they're using well water? Don't know. But just be advised that it smells a little like some of the local Florida neighborhoods after the groundwater-fed sprinkler systems have been on a while. In conclusion, I will probably join the membership club, because it's a good value, especially if you use it regularly. No place is perfect. I will be back because it's convenient, reasonable, fast, and those darn amenities can't be beaten! Overall, I give it 3.5 out of 5 stars, but I can't enter that here on Yelp, so El gets a 4. read more

I switched to them out of location convenience to my home and it does a decent job of cleaning your car, but they're not very upfront with the fact that you can only go through once a day. I learned that after going through and then taking an unexpected road trip that caused my vehicle to be covered in love bugs. I recently canceled my membership because I went through and noticed one of my rims was scratched. Oddly enough, my car fell off the rack going through because the guy who directed me in had me too far to the left. I called corporate and they directed me to go to the specific location which I did. They immediately tried to show me how there's no way. Even if I did fall off the rack, it would have caused damage to my vehicle by showing me the rubber protective coating on the machine. The problem is the coating is so beat up. It looks like an alligators mouth. They took my information and pictures of the vehicle and told me that corporate would call me within a few days. 2 weeks later I reached out and never got a response. Last week I reached out at the month mark and still no response. I will not continue to solicit a business that ignores its customers. read more

I love this new El Car wash in Rockledge. A great value, my car comes out so clean and then I can't say enough about the power of the vacuum. It sucks up all the sand. If that isn't enough the staff are so helpful. One person in particular is great. Her name is Lauren and she always offers to help she has such a great attitude and is very welcoming. read more
