I visited Take5 car wash a few weeks ago. On W Belleview Ave, 80120. I have a monthly membership. My credit card was charged yesterday morning, under a different name than the prior month, and an $8 increase from last month. I did not authorize it. I had no idea who Whistle Express Car Wash was. I called 980-246-4037 and got a message of no customer service agent available. Leave a message. I drove to the store/car wash, it was open(even though the website said "closed". Today, the website still says it is closed. ) I spoke to 2 manager. Even though I have a sticker on my car that is "active" and I showed them the credit card receipt, they had a difficult time locating my multiple years' membership. After some time they discovered they had entered my phone # incorrectly on membership. They said they corrected it. He was unwilling to cancel my membership at that moment because, "it would take too long to refund me." They said I could go on my account and cancel the membership. Later, I tried and "no account was found". They said someone from WECW would call me by 5pm yesterday. I am still waiting. I messaged WECW online. They sent me an email with a "email verification link". When I clicked the link it said, "link expired". I emailed them and corresponded with Joseline Customer Care. Felt like an auto response email. Joseline suggested I log into my membership account and adjust it. I told her I could not because no account could be found because they inserted my information incorrectly. I have yet to hear back. Nothing resolved. When I visited the car wash I told the same manager that the last several months of washes, my car had a significant amount of soap left on it after the rinse cycle. That is still the case-not a good wash and certainly not worth an $8 increase!! read more

This company gets an F-. If you have a subscription you better watch your account. They raised their rates by 50% and did not notify or ask their customers permission. read more

This used to be a decent car wash. The last 2 times I have gone, soap is still on my car. The tire shine only gets half the tire. It used to be really great place, no complaints, but since they changed ownership it has gone downhill, esoecially for the prices they charge. read more

After problems with their auto recognition system for license plates wouldn't open the gate half the time, I requested a card to use. That solved the wasted time waiting on attendees to open gate. Buyer Beware: Avoid Whistle Express Car Wash If you don't want to read a negative review, feel free to scroll past--but if you value your money and time, you'll want to read this. I've used Whistle Express off and on since before the new ownership took over, and while it initially seemed better, my recent experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I rejoined in January and took my vehicle through the wash, only to notice that the passenger side wasn't rinsing properly. No employees mentioned it, and there were no signs warning customers of the issue. When I went to speak with someone, a very kind employee acknowledged the problem and said it was supposed to be fixed by January 29th. She even hand-rinsed my car, which I appreciated--but that's not a real solution. By the time you dry it yourself, you might as well wash the car at home. I decided to return in early February, expecting the issue to be resolved. It wasn't. Thinking maybe it was just my perception, I completed the wash and went about my day. But today, after running my second car through, I confirmed that the problem still exists. After driving through the wash, I had to towel down the entire vehicle, and when I got home, I saw so many streaks that I had to rewash it myself. I called the business and was told they're still waiting on a part and have no idea when it will be fixed. When I asked for a refund on my membership, they flat-out refused. So, I paid for a car wash service, but I'm stuck washing my car myself. To make matters worse, do not believe anything Manager Thomas or the employee Faith tell you. They will make empty promises, give misleading information, and tell you what you want to hear just to keep you paying for a service that doesn't work. Here's the bottom line: They know about the issue, they refuse to fix it in a timely manner, they won't issue refunds, and they're trapping paying customers in a broken service. DO NOT use this business. They're knowingly taking customers' money for a service that doesn't work--and they don't care. read more

I became a member at the time when Whistle opened. Everything was fine, and I was very pleased with the service. Then, in July of 2025, they started to double bill me for the same car. On August 28th I went to the office and spoke with the assistant manager. He cancelled my membership and said that the manager would contact me for a refund on the double billing. I received an email confirmation that my membership was cancelled on 08/28. The manager never contacted me. Then, I noticed on my cc statement that they were charging my card again. I filed a dispute my Citibank, which is now ongoing. This month, October, they billed me again, and once again, Citi is disputing these charges. So far Whistle has not responded to either myself or Citibank. It has now reached the point where I am forced to file a formal complaint with the Florida Attorney General. They just will not stop billing me, nor have they made any effort to refund the overcharge. I will file updates as they become available. read more

I went for a Basic wash at the Macedonia Whistle Express Car Wash today. Paid got in line and waited about 10 minutes before I was told they were experiencing computer control of the wash. I went through and got nothing near to a clean car. I complained and was told I could go through again but the same misfunctions were going to leave my car unclean. Went for the membership a few months ago and recently moved to another state. I had to Google "whistle express car wash membership cancellation" to even be linked to the documentation on HOW to cancel the membership. All it says is to "go online at whistleexpresscarwash.com to cancel"...mind you I am already on their website reading the guidance.. there is no link or verbiage anywhere that says anything be about your membership. The chat function is a joke. It's been hours with no response. The phone number leads to nothing. Finally I went to hit the "Contact Customer Care" link and found a drop down that said "Cancel Membership". What a run around. Do better. read more

One positive, everytime we went to car wash always had a positive experience. However, the negative we have an issue I've been trying to fix for last two weeks. Have called multiple locations and the main number to speak with representative to fix issue. Was on hold 49 mins and finally gave up. Great place for a car wash and to vacuum your car This is located right off the west side of Wickham road in front of the Goodwill store and just south of the Home Depot. The entrance is close to the road as soon as you turn into the parking lot. There are two lanes, one for unlimited member customers and the other is for everyone else. Each lane had an electronic display easily accessible from your car window. We got the lowest cost option, a $7 basic car wash. When we arrived, on a Sunday, there was a young person manning both of the displays. Once you pay, the gate opens and you enter. The road curves around to the entrance of the car wash. There were two people scrubbing the front and back of each car and directing you into the wash. The actual wash was pretty good, lots of suds and good brushes. The air dryer at the end is pretty powerful so do not be surprised by it. Once you get the green light and exit the wash a sharp right turn will take you to the vacuums with about 30 spaces. Each space has 2 hoses, a bottle of cleaner, a pressurized air hose and a matt holder. Towels can be found near the front of the car wash. Once complete, the towels can be put in the yellow bins near your dryer station. Overall, a great wash, pleasant staff and unlimited dryer usage makes for a good car wash deal for our area. I love going to twins car wash!! the workers there are so nice and It's just fun to drive through :) The vacuum area is perfect and has plenty of stations, although, sometimes some of them aren't working but it's not too much of a problem. No way to get out of pay booth so i just pay the regular amount and go on through. They ought to be arrested. I decided to try this new car wash because it's close to my home. The wash itself seemed to be good, but for $20, I expect better service. The attendant folded both my mirrors inwards before going through the wash, but no one was there to fold them back upon exiting the wash. I was able to fold back my drivers side... but the passenger side was too far, and I figured I'd do it when I got home... but I forgot. Then I proceeded to drive later, and realized it was still folded inwards a few minutes after I left, and I didn't have time to pull over to fix... I've never had this issue at any other wash... kinda annoying, and for the cost of the wash I woulda expected more. read more

We're new to the area. After some research, we chose Whistle to wash our new cars. Excellent results! The staff was helpful on our first visit, but the overall system is pretty simple. Plenty of vacuums out back with towels to dry around the door frames, etc. End results were clean, shiny cars. We're regulars now. read more

Great and straight forward car wash. You get a discount applied if you are there when they open. Their staff consists of what appears to be high school/early college students that are just there to make some income but do so at a good pace. There sometimes is a lady that will help you hit the touch screen to select options as the screen is pretty far off from your vehicle depending on the vehicle you drive. Overall, it's very affordable and not overly expensive. They don't bombard you for a membership like other wash chains and the vacuums are simple to use. Everything was pretty straight forward. I've always liked this carwash. However, I paid for the premium wash a few months ago which included the bug remover. I went to the vacuum station afterwards and I still had bugs all over my car. When I brought it up to the attendant he said it happens. Said I could run it through again. I got to the gate and paid for ANOTHER wash. I advised the attendant who was working where you enter the was area and he scrubbed the bigs off. It was better but two car washes. I emailed them a few days later and it was pure crickets.
