I'm driving by dirty dogs and think let's get rid of those white spots. I was greeted at the gate by a friendly young man. I paid for the four alarm graphing wash in part because they said they would wash the car prior to going through the car wash. Much to my disappointment on the other side of the car wash I still had bird poop on the hood of my car. You would think for $30 that they would get all the poop off. I was able to remove it myself afterward. The vacuums worked well and the air blower also works well. I would love to have given five stars, but just could not do it. Will I be back? I don't know there are several car washes around.

Unfortunately, my card was charged again anyway. When I called to resolve the issue, my call was initially answered by an AI assistant, and I left a message. To Dirty Dog Car Wash's credit, Brandon called me back the very next day, apologized for the mistake, and told me my money would be refunded within 24 hours. I appreciate Brandon's prompt response and his willingness to correct the issue. While I was frustrated that the billing error happened in the first place, I'm glad it was addressed quickly once he became aware of it.

Over the past year the quality has slowly gone downhill and the prices have gone up. They don't spend time doing your rims and brushing off your vehicle when you first pull in like they used to. They no longer ask you what scent you want in your car if you buy the full service package. If I pay $40 for a car wash and then come home and have to do it again it's frustrating. I even waited till the afternoon because I know weekend mornings are hectic and they rush. They were only three cars there when I was there this afternoon and they still did a poor job. I'm now on the lookout for a new go to car wash. The pictures below show a cup holder not even wiped out or vacuum , stickyness left by my five-year-old , the crumbs all along, right where you open the door and then after I did it myself. A receipt showing I went today.

I…read morehad the detailing attendants do all the work "by hand", since I had concerns about my car going through the automatic wash (folding in the blind spot mirrors, removing the back window wiper, etc.) I was able to sit in my car the whole time, only stepping out for literally 1 to 2 minutes to have the driver's seat and floorboard vaccuumed. This was the most appreciated part of the service, since I am overweight and have mobility issues. If you can't get out of your car, don't worry, they will find a way to accommodate you. No man (or woman) left behind! More extensive detailing services are available but I just wanted quick and easy basics. Prior to my visit I wasn't so much concerned about the price as the quality of the work that would be done, and now I can't sing their praises enough! The detailers were super fast (approximately 10 minutes) but super meticulous. By the time they got done my car was...I kid you not!...as clean as it was when I first bought it! They even took my debit card inside to the cashier to save me the inconvenience and discomfort of all that walking. And the fee for all that rock star customer service was a very reasonable $35!! When they collect your credit/debit card they will ask if you would like to add a tip, but it's entirely optional. I joyfully added one!

ART remember a tint job of mine that was 12 years ago. Stupid stuff like that gives you a good feeling. Art's skills are great, usually when I'd get a car tinted. It would come back with water drip marks on the doors, and trim on the floor. It's almost like a ghost tinted the car. They didn't even adjust the seat. But the most impressive thing about this trip. He cut little holes so the forward camera can see and another for whatever other sensor is there. It's rather amazing he did this and there is no cut seams in the flim.
