From…read moreour first dog, Stanley (fox terrier mix) to our current dog, Bailey (sheltie mix), Annella's superior staff is unequivocally the best around! It all starts with a meet and greet, so that their team can better understand all the dynamics and nuances of your dog. From there, coordinating scheduled walks and upcoming sittings with the team are a breeze! On the day of the scheduled walk, Annella's team gives you a heads up when they're approaching soon and will also share with you fabulous pictures of your lovely furbaby during the walk. Lastly, it ends with a recap of the walk (i.e.: how they did on the walk, if they did any business (#1 and/or #2), general observations, etc.). As an added bonus, the photo quality they send is so professional that I've actually used them as my phone background! Again, you can't go wrong selecting Annella for your pet and you certainly won't be disappointed!

We have had 3 walkers with them and each has been very trustworthy and responsible with our little guy. They walk each dog individually which was great for my dog who loves to get all the human attention to himself. It also allowed him the time and space to do all his business which did not happen when he was walked with multiple dogs (other company we used). We have never had a single issue with any walker in the last 2 years which I cannot say we experienced when we were in Brooklyn. They also have a great app where you can request and cancel appointments with ease as well as view pictures and comments from each walk. We also used them for various in home pet sitting over the years which worked out beautifully. The rates for both walking and sitting were competitive with the area. Overall, if you are looking for a dedicated walker or sitter to care for your pet this is the only place to look in Forest Hills!

My two boys- 8 year old black cats are in amazing hands when I'm gone. For two years I've never had to worry about them while traveling because the staff of On All Fours take such great care of them. They love my boys and it shows. I get texts and pictures daily while I'm gone and updates on how much fun the boys are having. They spend time with my boys and play with them with their favorite toys. They care so much that when my one cat had to undergo surgery this week, for cancerous lumps the vet found, all of the women who care for my boys and Leslie the owner checked in and sent lots of love and positive thoughts. I can't say enough about them all!! I don't trust my boys with just anyone and I completely trust them. They go above and beyond and even watered my balcony garden all summer while I was traveling. If you are in need of a great pet sitter definitely use On All Fours!!! Jess, Steph and Debby are amazing!!!

If all you want is someone to dump some food and scoop some litter, then maybe settle for something less. They care for the cats, play with them and give them affection. If you're a real cat person and love your fur babies, they're a great service.

Norma was very accommodating and promptly found someone to take care of my puppy as I had to go to…read morethe doctor. Her name is Cynde and she is the sweetest! I would definitely ask for her as the sitter or walker whenever I need them again. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars is for not offering to at least give us a discount after our dog ingested hard pieces of plastic while in their daycare with Norma. He came home and started to vomit right away and after the 3rd time he did it, I decided to take him to his vet to see if his intestines were clear - if not, his life could have been in danger. I'm glad that at least he vomited them all as seen in an x-Ray and he only needed to take some tablets for his upset stomach. I also understand that we can get distracted while taking care of a puppy, but I didn't like the fact that I spent +$300 due to someone else's distraction and wasn't offered anything to compensate it somehow and rebuild my trust. I expected more than a follow up over text.

I had her come twice over the weekend to feed and play with them (and do some light litterbox cleaning) and she could not have been better! Each visit was $25 all in and she keeps you updated with texts and photos and even videos. It was really nice to see my cats in action while I was missing them and see how well taken care of they were. Dami even cleaned and washed their food bowls without being asked!
