We had a new king mattress delivered today and although we were told that the delivery team could get the mattress into our bedroom via the upstairs deck (lifting and pulling over the rail), the delivery team could not comply. Our new mattress was left downstairs. I talked to Scott (Mission Moving) at 11am and our mattress was in its rightful place by 2pm. Scotts team was experienced, friendly and hard working. I highly recommend Scott and Mission Moving for all of your moving needs!!! read more

They are the worst people to deal with, it turned out everything they told me was a lie. When the actual movers showed up it was twice as high as I was quoted I would rather set all my stuff on fire then ever have to use them again. They came across as trying to work with me, they were the middle price. Glad I didn't go for the cheapest. Tell everyone you know if they are looking for a mover, keep looking. They are a jobber, don't own a piece of equipment. In retrospect it seemed like a boiler room operation. Be warned and beware. I would give them zero stars if I could. read more

Loved that they showed up in masks and taking extra precautions during this COVID time. The guys were very friendly and professional. The moved my Grandmother bedroom furniture to my house. The furniture was handmade from early 1900s. The guys without an issue, wrapped each piece with extra padding, taking great care, and pride. They also unpacked it and set everything back up without an issue. Great service and highly recommend Mission Moving. They will be my first call for all my moving needs. read more

Had a very different experience than other reviewers. Scott was wonderfully engaging unfortunately everything he said did not come true. My original estimate, $4300, to move halfway across the company. My estimate after I had packed everything, 2 days before moving, $6100. When the movers came (a different company, MM is just a broker) looked at my stuff and charged me $7300. I called to complain and spoke with Sarah who was very apologetic and assured me she would review the paper work and some compensation would occur. After 6 phone calls and an email, she never returned/took my calls. A similar incident happened to someone else. Check the Better Business Bureau's website on them - D+ rating. read more

I am very disappointed with the service, I was given a quote for my move and they overcharged me by 60% on the day of the move. We had our items damaged when we received it. They gave us a moving claim's contact information who were not helpful. read more

After some delays in pickup, these guys were very professional. Very helpful. The owner of the company, Adam, called me after the fact to see how he could ameliorate things. Some items had been left behind but he said a separate truck would now come tomorrow to pick them up separately and deliver them. This was very nice I thought. So, all in all, a correction to my original review - the movers themselves were awesome guys and management of the company does care that they make you happy, which is a rarity in today's world. Would recommend them to a friend after this. Professional outfit. read more

Yesterday they showed with a big semi and 5 guys. Got the move done as estimated in 10 hours. Right up to the end all the guys were hustling and running to get it done.never seen such dedication and professionalism for movers They wrapped everything to the extreme and even moved my piano downstairs without incident. Just a bunch of honest hard working guys. If you are moving you are in good hands. read more

I had very bad experience with Mission Moving LLC for the moving I just had. They promised they would take care of everything, but became hard to reach after getting the money. My table was broken during the moving. When I reached out to them, they sent me to their "customer service", which was a person from another company. After waiting for a week, I was asked to contact a third company, but nobody picked up the phone no matter when I called that number. Basically the customers are helpless if anything happens. Do NOT trust the promise from Mission Moving when they try to get you sign the contract. Definitely won't use this moving company again. read more

Great job! The price was fair, careful moving of furniture, and helpful all around. They arrived on-time, did the job, as promised. Easy move and we'll book with them again! Thanks for attending to details (making sure not to scratch hardwood floors) and for making sure we were happy with the move during the whole process. I'd highly recommend Scott as a dedicated professional! read more

Scott & Frank came to the rescue!!! Moving cross state is no easy task- combine that with having to make that trip in time for a funeral.. Stress overload. I was in a major bind having to pack up TWO full storage units & some office supplies at my warehouse by myself into a Uhaul- I didn't think I could find a last minute moving company to help me on the spot but I thought it was worth the try. Good thing because Scott and his team were able to come within hours that day. They went the extra mile making sure all of the goods would be secure for the long drive to California. I had no supplies and was not as prepared as I should have been but they are resourceful and re-used some extra card wood boxes to secure much of the goods. On top of that, I should have got a slightly larger Uhaul & if I didn't have Scott's team dissemble my kitchen table & day bed couch, they would have been left in Denver & not in my casita right now! I highly recommend working with Scott & his team if you are need for a move as simple as across town to across state. Efficient AF read more

Mission Moving - That daunting feeling before realizing a moving company can HELP pack this up. Thanks for taking care of me Scott! - Movers Near Me - Arvada, Colorado

Scott and his guys were awesome!! We had to move our move date 4 days earlier. He was not only accommodating but he was fast and detail oriented. I was impressed with him and his employee. We hired other movers in the past and I always got nervous on how they handled our furniture but right when Scott started setting up, I felt confident he could a superb job. He even put our bed together for us!! I will be hiring him again. read more

Sorry there was a not a no star rating. I had just finished moving the bulk of my items with American van lines which was a horrific experience. Due to that I wanted to make sure everything was clear and above board. I did a video walk through of the storage unit and counted boxes. I was already at my new home and my sister was handling the storage unit. When the drivers arrived they proceeded to move all the items to the front of the unit and taking pictures. The Mission moving office then began calling me and accusing me of moving more items into the unit. The price went to double and then triple. The Man from the office called me at least 3 to 4 times making the same accusations. I had in fact reduced the items. I called my nephew and the move was cancelled. I have pictures taken from behind the boxes to show the unit was not full. This is a deceptive company. They offered to return 20 percent of my deposit I declined. After this move I could write a book on deceptive practices of movers. read more

Scott and his team were great! The team worked really well together. They were all very nice and polite. It was amazing how quickly they loaded all of our stuff and protected everything nicely. Highly recommend and would use again if we ever have to move again! read more

Scheduled an appointment with Scott early in the week for him to come out to my house and provide a quote on Thursday at noon. Called him at 12:20 pm with no answer so I left him a voicemail asking if he was still planning to come out, or if he needed to reschedule. I still have yet to receive a callback/response, and it is now Saturday evening. I understand things come up, but this is completely unprofessional. Would not recommend. read more

Scott and his crew made my move day so easy. They were kind, courteous, funny and best of all hard workers. They cared for my stuff as if it was their own. At the end of the day they asked if there was anymore for them to do and they helped me unpack my car which had odds and ends in them. The cost was reasonable. My only lesson learned was that had I decided earlier on Mission Moving as my carrier they would have supplied the boxes and I wouldn't have had to scramble for boxes. And they are storing my piano until I get all my remodeling done. And they will come back to redistribute the rest of my furniture after remodeling is done. Love these guys. read more

Been using this company for 3 moves now. Great people and they get the job done quick and efficiently. Will forever and always use them. They even took apart and put together my bed. Legit! read more

Couldn't agree more with the previous reviewer. We had the same good feeling about Scott when we first met him. I too had a personal recommendation and so knew his reputation in advance, but was so pleasantly surprised that my move didn't feel stressful! Nothing broke or got nicked. Everything was packed with extreme care. The rates were actually really reasonable when I considered that Mission Moving doesn't charge silly truck fees (obviously I need a truck!!!!), mileage fees, and doesn't charge for boxes! All you pay is the hourly fee - simple and straightforward. It's really nice to deal with someone honest, dependable and reasonable. I can't recommend Scott and his team more highly. read more

Scott and his team of teens, moved us last year. I was upset then with the service, the damage to my property that I could see at the time. We moved most of our stuff into a storage unit until now. We are a year later moving again, and getting our things from storage and getting to see even closer the damage and carelessness of Scott's company. I contacted Scott last year with my concerns, via email, txt and phone he never responded. The team moved very slow on moving day , took a "detour" on the way to our new house and charged me for their lunch hour. Hands down the worst experience with any company. The residual cost for hiring this company will be felt by our family for quite a while. read more

Excellent experience! Scott and his team were on time; very careful with my furniture, carpets and walls in my old home and my new home; and a pleasure to spend the day with during the move. He only charged for labor by the hour and included several last minute wardrobe boxes for my use without an additional charge. (Thank-you!) He came recommended and I would whole-heartedly pay it forward and recommend him and Mission Moving for your moving needs in Colorado! read more

We've relied on Scott and his team to help move us twice. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is first class. All our valuable furniture was adequately protected and emerged unharmed. We were amazed by how quickly they loaded and unloaded our furniture, and they helped us solve an issue with our dryer hookup. A+ service. read more

Scott and his team were amazing to work with during our move last month! They were completely professional, friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, wrapped our furniture and belongings with extreme care, and took extra steps when moving everything into our new home (including putting plastic runners on carpeting, etc.). They re-assembled our beds and made sure the furniture and boxes were all placed where we wanted them. It was very apparent that his team members enjoy working together-- they were all very personable and a pleasure to be around. Mission Moving truly exceeded my expectations with their professionalism, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat! read more

Mission Moving was above my expectations!! Scott and his men are awesome and took extremely great care of my furniture and items. We were surprised that he used mature adults to do the moving , not teens and inexpensive labor as most do! These men cared!!!!! We we're doing a remodel- they moved, stored, and moved every thing back in to the exact spot we wanted. We had several nice pieces and some older ones but all were returned in the same condition! Pricing was excellent also- again way above our expectations. You can't beat their service!! Bill Sharp read more

This post is a bit late as we moved nearly a month ago...but if I could leave more stars, I definitely would. My wife and I recently moved to a new-construction home and opted to hire movers for all of the furniture for a few reasons. Most importantly, we wanted to make sure our furniture was handled with care and that there was no damage caused to our brand new house. I reached out to three local companies for estimates and was very unsettled by the responses and estimates I received. Two of the 3 gave estimates based on information I filled out online...didn't even offer to come out for a walk-through. I also voiced concerns about protecting the floors and carpets in the new house, and was told by BOTH companies that it would cost me extra for floor covering. I reached out to Mission Moving and Scott (Owner) personally responded within hours. Not only was a walk-through offered, Scott himself came out to provide the estimate. He gave me an estimate on the spot and assured me that my floors would be safe (at no extra cost). He told me flat-out that he always adds a little cushion to the quotes to cover any "just-in-case" scenarios. On the day of the move, a team of 3 arrived right on time and they HUSTLED. My wife and I were shocked not only by the speed and efficiency in which they loaded/unloaded (they didn't even take a water break), but by the level of care they took. It was not an "easy" move by any meaning of the word. 3 full bedroom sets, living room set, office furniture, and a 250+lb treadmill from basement to basement. These guys were rock stars. All of my furniture made it to our new house in tact and was left as though it was never touched....with zero damage to the house. And to give more credit to Scott, he was true to his word and the final balance WAS less than the original quote...there were no surprises. If you need to move...look to these guys! Joe B. read more

Moving companies, in my opinion, are the worst! Just about everyone I know, including myself, has horrific moving company stories. I hired Mission Moving after a personal recommendation and researching several other companies in Denver for a local move. Their hourly rate was higher than other companies, but my gut told me to go with these guys for a hassle free experience. And, while the hourly rate may have been higher, they did not charge mileage (and we moved quite a ways out there!) and they let us borrow a ton of garmet boxes which are expensive to purchase - so all in all, there were some financial benefits. The owner couldn't be nicer and his crew was pleasant and accomadated every need. I think they have a keen sense on how stressful moving is and really put me at ease. Nothing was broken or damaged or lost - and that is the first time I can say that! I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience with Scott and Mission Moving. You won't regret it either! read more
