a menu on a table in a restaurant

This place is addicting! If you are living in Ville saint laurent or happen to find ur self in this area.. this is a must stop ! IKEA is 5 min away Nice out door terrace for its location. They made a parking lot terrace work.. My favourite is the duck soup and chicken spring rolls. I haven't had anything soup or meal that I did not like. Well priced and excellent service (they even know me by name now lol)

American Express's website shows they accept AMEX cards and they are part of a promotion going on but restaurant didn't take my AMEX card

I don't know why I've been having such bad luck when going to restaurants of late after restaurants were allowed to open again but I was in the area of Miss Pho and since they opened for lunch at 10:30am which was earlier than most places, I decided to give them a try. They also appeared on a merchant map for American Express as being part of a promotion which was another reason that I decided to eat here. When I went in, I was asked to take any seat and brought a menu. I saw 2 WiFi access points which had their name associated with it so I asked the server for the WiFi password and was told that they didn't have free WiFi. With a WiFi access point name of "missphoguest" and "missphoadmin" which were the strongest signals in the restaurant, they didn't have free WiFi? I can understand an access point by the name of "missphoadmin" not being accessible to clients but with an access point name of "missphoguest", it specifically seems to be a WiFi that customers could use. I decided to order an extra large tonkinese soup which had rare beef and tendons. The server took my order and then returned with a glass of water and some condiments for my soup. The soup arrived within a few minutes. The bowl was definitely extra large in size but I felt that there should have been more liquid/broth from the soup (since there was approximately 2" from the broth to the top of the bowl). I thought that the tokinese soup was good although the broth was saltier than most tonkinese soups that I've had. I put the customary bean sprouts in my soup and squeezed a bit of lime juice from the lime slice that I was given. I was the only person in the restaurant and the server never passed by to see if everything was okay. Also, I was provided only with 1 paper napkin which for me isn't sufficient since I put hot sauce in my soup which makes my nose run and also makes me sweat. The inside of the restaurant was also a comfortable temperature considering that outside was humid with the occasional breeze. When I finished my meal/soup, I picked up the paper which had my order on it and went to the cash. I was asked how I would be paying and I mentioned that I would be paying with American Express. At that point, I was told that they didn't accept American Express (American Express's own website shows that they accepted it and were part of the promotional offer which was in effect) I don't see myself returning here at least in the near future due to the service and they didn't want to accept my AMEX card (probably because of higher merchant fees) even though technically they should have since American Express's own website identifies them as accepting AMEX cards and being part of the AMEX promotion going on right now (which is meant to increase business to smaller merchants who accept AMEX cards).

Good place for a quick pho before movie night. Located next to Guzzo. Most important is broth. Personally to determine a good broth, it must be hot, flavourful and not too salty. This place I rate 8/10 The portion for XL is good enough for a hungry hungry person like me. About the grilled chicken and beef. Thin but good portion too.

During our Canada trip, we went 3 different place for Pho. This one definitely hands down due to their clear and savory broth and their noodle was soft and chewy. Only one down part was its a bit pricy and the pork chop was average.

This place is well decorated and new, looking forward to dine-in once it becomes allowed again after COVID restrictions are lifted. Ordered twice in 2 days, first day we tried out their house soup, papaya salad and pad thai dish, all excellent especially the soup. The next day, we tried the grilled chicken and beef combo; excellent and wow the portion size was very generous, you get your money's worth and more. All the sanitary precautions are followed and Siu, who served me has excellent customer service. This is definitely a go-to place for Vietnamese food.

Grabbed some lunch here on a rainy day. The inside has cute decoration and the staff was quick to serve us. There were seats divided by plexiglass where you could wait for your order. We ordered the rare beef and grilled chicken pho. It was nice to have many different options for pho since I usually only pick the rare beef whenever I order at other restaurants. It was good but nothing special. The grilled chicken was quite bland and didn't seem like the chicken was cooked in store but instead bought and reheated. Since there are still some good reviews I wouldn't mind going back to try something else but I wasn't impressed with the pho.

Nice discovery. Lineups at lunch is always a good sign. Meal soups and grilled foods pretty much describes this place. Flavourful broths and quick service stood out at me. Not very romantic but fun bright and noisy. Enjoy!

If I could give half stars I would give this place a 3.5. It's really rare I'm in the area I had heard some thing about this restaurant so I decided to give it a try. Coming into the restaurant the staff was welcoming they told us to sign in because they wanted to record as it's Covid time then they started setting us give us the menus right away. I had ordered G3 Which was the grilled beef and grilled chicken which comes with rice or vermicelli and a salad. As a drink I also ordered the honeydew melon bubble tea. The food came pretty quickly considering there was no one in the restaurant because it was a late lunch at 2 PM. The grilled chicken and the grilled beef were well marinated and not to char. The salad was completely bland unfortunately it had no sauce on top I was given fish sauce, but I would like to have had some actual salad dressing come with it. The taste of my bubble tea was good, it was a little more slushy than A regular bubble tea. But the one thing that kind of made the drink a little off for me was the fact of the tapioca bubbles were hard. So there are two ways the the tapioca balls get hard as either they're refrigerated or that they're not completely cooked. My two senses because the bubble tea was very slushy and cold the tapioca bubbles ended up becoming very hard. I don't know that's usually how they do their bubble teas but it seemed a little bit of a hit or miss situation. Overall I was full and the service was good.

Flavorful beef and chicken with rice and salad and roll. Yum

I discovered Miss Pho walking distance from my work during a lunch break. It seemed like a very popular hangout amongst the locals. We arrived 11:30 Am so we were lucky to not have to wait for seats. The lineup started shortly there after. The restaurant is very large with low and high tables. Service is quick for fast food. There is a large menu to choose from. A lot of their Pho is beef based with veg and chicken options as well. I got an order of shrimp spring rolls that were ok but I didn't like the peanut butter sauce. I enjoyed the large sized rare beef pho and was happy to see they had chili oil and a large variety of sauces. I have had more authentic pho in other places like pho lien and pho MC. Still is a good option for lunch breaks and I'm eager to try their non-pho related menu.

She hasn't been open very long and it's already very busy around lunch time and after you have the pho soups you will understand why honestly one of the best I've had at a very reasonable price when ever I'm around the area I'll always stop by. They do have other things on the menu I look forward to trying. I'm curious about the Pad Thai . Place is clean and very new nothing to complain about on the service when I went even when it was busy. A must try if you love Pho soups like me : $ ps I think the grill chicken soup is the best one so far S15

Food was great. We drove here from downtown as it was raining and they had a parking lot.

I had the dry noodles and they had funny taste. End up with food poisoning, I suggest checking that batch of noodle.

My table got the banh cuon mix, bun bo hue, and a mango smoothie. Food was overall good but the banh cuon was pricey and the mango smoothie has a strong yogurt flavor which is traditional but I wouldn't prefer it. The chu who was our server was super friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere of the whole restaurant gives off Vietnam and it's super spacious! I would definitely come back again when I visit the area.

The selection of menu was incredibly special. The offering is Northern Vietnamese food and these special dishes are really hard to find at any different Vietnamese restaurant. Bun Cha Ha Noi - is also called Obama noodle because President Obama had it when he was in Vietnam. Besides the grilled pork, the hardest thing in my opinion is the sauce, which was good here. The only that bothered me is how small the portion is. We had to order extra meat for my daughter. Bun Dau Mam Tom - I have high expectation for a very authentic Vietnamese disk so I was not impressed with their Bun Dau Mam Tom. It normally comes with pork intestine. Where is my pork intestine? Haha Again the portion is also very small. Nem be which is similar to spring roll was also something we called at the end when everyone was still hungry. In my opinion, it is a bit expensive for the food and the portions are small.

We were told to sit anywhere. The waitress and waiter were not friendly nor made themselves seen. We ordered the Cantonese chow mein -which had mostly noodles and was limited in the amount of shrimp and chicken . This dish was good. My wife order the teriyaki chicken which comes with spring roll, white rice ,salad , and 4 teriyaki chicken skewers. The chicken was over cooked and was not eatable. The spring roll was to crispy (over fried ) and the filling was dried out. They brought one plum which the outside was sticky. I ordered the Shenzhen shrimp meal . It came with a salad , white rice and Shenzhen shrimp. The shrimp were nice size and was not fried . The dish overall was good. The waiter finally came after 15 minutes to see if wanted anything else. We told him the chicken was over cooked and uneatable 3.5 skewers left on plate . He said ok and walked away . He returned with our bill totally playing stupid in not understanding what we were talking about. My wife was still hungry as her main meal the chicken was unbeatable - they did not care and told me that it fresh chicken . Bottom line that the service was bad and the food other then the chicken was good. Sorry but when you challenge a customer on his dissatisfaction of your product clearly you do not listen nor care . We would have given them a second chance but their bad attitude does not warrant us for a retry . For the record we did not want anything free but to at least offer to replace the chicken ....

The new location is fine, but very open and in the winter, drafty and cold. I had the Japanese curry chicken and it was nowhere near as good as it used to be. The sauce was overly thin and lacked flavor. The fried vegetable rolls were decent but getting a package of pre-made generic plum sauce in a restaurant shows the lack of effort that was apparent for the whole visit. The rice paper rolls with peanut sauce were decent and the soup was basically broth with a few rice noodles and green onions, hardly qualifies as a soup. The service was also lacking, the waiter seemed unhappy to be there and did the bare minimum without daring to crack a smile. This restaurant does not warrant another visit, too bad, it used to be a sure bet.
