The dressing room attendant was probably the nicest person I've ever encountered at any retail store. The dressing rooms were also surprised, they're pretty clean and the doors go all the way down to the floor and are about 7 feet tall so that's the most privacy of ever experiencing my entire life trying on anything. It was very secure and comfortable. There was no line to check out as plenty of cashiers were on duty.

Usually I find lots of clothing but I struck out at this store. Bought just one item, a super fancy black cocktail dress with a silver brocade empire chest. I have absolutely no place to wear this, but....it was $6.49! Yep, for less than a glass of wine, I purchased a cocktail dress! Since this coming New Year's will welcome 2020, I'm hoping someone, maybe me, will throw a fancy party. If so, I'll be there in style! Love how Ross is open until 11:00pm. Seems crazy to me but I'm often bored at night so this gives me a purpose, to go on a bargain hunt. Oddly, seems like others are on my schedule. Staff in fitting room, at jewelry counter, and check out were all friendly and helpful. Won't seek this particular Ross out as a destination as I do some of the other Ross locations, but since I was kind of in the area tonight (West Linn) I took the "scenic" route home so I could try my look at bargain shopping. There is lots of really stylish clothing across a spectrum of prices, so something for everyone's budget. They have a large assortment of jeans, a few pairs of shoes and handbags, scarves, sweaters, dresses, blouses, t-shirts and jumpsuits- they have it all. This visit, the back wall was adorned with several jean jackets, many with fun embellishments, making an Instagram worthy backdrop. Personally, I love the jewelry. Pieces from local artists, national designers, and inexpensive fashion jewelry as well. This visit they had an assortment of "bumblebee" pins that were vintage looking and so fun! There is always a pair of earrings, a necklace, or bracelet that I have to have. On my recent visit, it was a turquoise hair clip that could not be passed up. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They were a bit suspicious as I was taking lots of pics, but in the end realized I was just there to enjoy my shopping experience.

I just reached out to Red Wings customer service because I wasn't sure how the warranty exchange on their socks went. I just wanted to make sure that it was legitimate and if I take all three of these pairs of socks down to the store that they're going to give me new ones and I don't have to pay anything. It was actually easier than that. My information all popped up including my purchase history when I called Red Wings, and she said they will ship out today three new pairs. I asked her what I do with the old ones and she said to just do whatever I want with em! There's no way I will ever buy any other socks besides Red Wings! I'm just happy that I got some good customer service for once and there are still good companies out there.
