First time at this location and it did not disappoint! This location is smaller than the one I usually go to. The décor is quite different yet appealing to the eye, with many cute spots that are great for photo opportunities. Even though this store is on the small side, they still have plenty of seating options for groups to sit and hang out. On this visit we decided to order items that we hadn't tried before. We got the strawberry yogurt shake with no adjustments and the orange fantasy fruit refresher at 50% ice and sweetness. Both drinks were delightful, and even though I got the strawberry yogurt shake without adjusting the sweetness, it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet at all, which was great. The orange fantasy had a good balance between sweet and sour. Neither overpowered the other. Service was friendly and fast when we went, but it was also not that busy at that time.
Super cute, quaint, and trendy location. Easy to locate and part of a large plaza with other food spots, grocery, and home stores. I went the weekend before Halloween and got to try their black crepe burrito filled with whipped cream and fresh strawberries, which was one of their specials. All I can say is delicious! I wish this style of crepe, in addition to their "pillow" shape ones, was a a regular menu item! I could totally see a matcha strawberry crepe burrito being delicious! Can't wait to see what other specials they come out with, especially with Thanksgiving and Christmas just around the corner.
I have been to this location a handful of times as my usual go to location is the Mesa one. Every visit has been different. A couple of visits have been great and there have been a few visits where the service is not good. The few times we have decided to hang out, the tables have been dirty and sticky. My go to drink is always the milk tea with purple sticky rice - Mmmm it's the bestttttt! The mango pancakes are also a must have! They are sooo good. The inside is very cute and I love the way they designed it!! Perfect for pictures!
They have really tasty desserts like mango pancakes. That is a mango slice wrapped in cream inside a thin edible wrapper. It is quite unique. I don't think I have seen it at any other places than the Miss Dessert stores. I also like the one with basil seeds and the other one with fruit. I would not recommend the green tea ice cream as it doesn't taste like what I am used to. They shape the ice cream. I am not sure if I could choose between the basil dessert or the fruit dessert. The basil seed dessert was called A1 Basil Blitz. I liked the basil seeds and vanilla snow and ice cream. The fruit dessert is called A3 Fruit Frenzy. This has basil seeds, watermelon, lychee, and a palm seed in vanilla snow. I think my friend who went with me liked this one better. When I went, there were not many people in there. The store was clean and quiet.
My partner and I were staying at the Home2Suites Hilton nearby in SanTan. Upon looking for dessert shops near us on Yelp, we found Miss Dessert. Miss Dessert is located in a large shopping center with spacious amount of parking. Inside the dessert shop, there are plenty of tables to sit at and eat. We stopped by around 5:30 on a Friday evening. It was pretty busy! Miss Dessert offers a wide range of desserts such as Sago, Yoji, pancakes, vanilla snow series, shakes, lattes, lemonades, and so much more! We ended up getting the following G1 - Mango Pancake Uji-Matcha with Cheese Cream on Top All of it was delicious! The Uji-Matcha tasted like matcha milk tea, it was sweet and scrumptious! The Mango pancake was a thin crepe with whipped cream filling and mango inside! We had such a great experience! When we're in the SanTan area again, we'll be stopping by Miss Dessert!
This was my first time trying Miss Dessert, and I was pretty surprised that their milk tea actually tastes good. Boba was soft and chewy, and the tea was rich. I always thought Miss Dessert is a place for more like dessert in a bowl with red beans and stuff place, but it changed my mind after I tried their boba :-)
Solid dessert shop! Anytime I have a sweet tooth craving, Miss Dessert is one of the first businesses that come to mind. Miss Dessert specializes in Hong Kong desserts and boba. Their menu offers milk teas, fruit teas, shaved ice, pancakes and more. I've been to Miss Dessert a few times and have tried the items below: Durian dash $7.49 Mondo mango $6.79 Strawberry matcha smash $5.79 I love durian desserts and was excited to see durian offered on their menu. I had to get it. The durian dash has real durian fruit and sago in coconut nectar. Refreshing and delicious. The mondo mango is their take on the Thai mango sticky rice dessert. So good, I've gotten it twice. Last but not least, the strawberry matcha smash had the right combination of uji matcha and strawberry bits. Not too sweet either. I believe the sugar levels can be customizable. I will be back the next time a sugar craving hits!
I think the quality of the drinks definitely went down throughout the years because every time I go back to Miss Dessert it's always worse than the previous time. I'm sad the Mesa one is closed because the drinks there tasted substantially better than the Gilbert one even though they're the same drinks. Also I remember back in like 2016 or something the Mesa location served fried chicken and it was so good they should bring it back I cried when they removed it from their menu.
Miss Dessert is a dessert place that specializes in Hong Kong desserts and drinks. It is my husband's favorite place, and I can see why. They have a wide selection of desserts to modern ones. They also have delicious drinks, such as milk tea and smoothies.
Who doesn't love boba??? Super cute interior design w lots of areas for your boba selfie. I got the Mega Juice and my co-worker got the lemonade. Both w mango popping boba ~ a must! The mega juice is like what the title says, there are chunks of fruit in the drink which adds to the freshness. You don't want to miss out on Miss Dessert! Oh yeah, they do have snacks too

The ambiance is bright, well lit with neon letterings and pop of yellow white colors through out the store. Definitely Instagram worthy shots in here. The menu is simple and I went with their popular milk tea with purple sticky rice and mango pancake. The pancake is premade and was handed immediately. I waited for a bit on the tea. The tea is delicious and tasted absolutely perfect. You can customize the sugar level. The tea was refreshing and the rice was definitely filling. I was impressed with the cups, the quality is really good and the logo engraving looked cool. The mango pancake was decent, felt there was way too much cream inside but the mango as such was fresh. I love how everything is not overly sweetened. It tastes about right. The pricing is great too, I feel they are perfectly priced for the quality and their service. I can't wait to visit again and try their refreshers.
We needed a drink so we came here on 6/28/21 around 4:30pm since it was nearby us. There were two people ahead of us but this place was empty. Parking was not an issue as well. We ordered the Classic Milk Tea ($3.49), two Mega Fruit Tea ($5.49), and a Peach Smash ($4.99). The drinks took a few minutes before they were ready. The Classic Milk Tea was good and definitely quenched my thirst on a hot day. Its tea flavor was good and the boba was soft and chewy. The Mega Fruit Tea was really refreshing and good. The Peach Smash was the coldest of all the drinks and that definitely hit the spot. All of the drinks were not too sweet for me. Good drinks here and I will be back in the future.

I would definitely come back to try other dessert. I am definitely missing out. The restroom was clean. There was no issue. Holy cow. The interior is massive and colorful. It is truly an experience. It's bright and jolly. It is definitely a place to chill with your friends. It closes at 10:00, which is a little late than the other comparable boba shop (tea fresho). The cashier was nice and helpful. This was my first visit and he gave me some sample to try. I greatly appreciate it. It was purple sticky rice. I really enjoy this place. I didn't order a lot but I can see how this place can come to light with incredible selections of dessert to pick from. Happy eating!
The word, "dessert" originated from the French word, "desservir," meaning, "to clear the table." So you can't clear the table until you had your dessert! 小榴很芒! Small durian and mango! We popped in around 8PM, after having some good eats at a sports bar nearby, and we were confused. The TV screens were off but the door was unlocked. Not a single person was seen but the "open" sign was on so we walked in cautiously. It also smelled interesting in there so we were whispering about running out of the place. We stood around for a couple minutes, quietly debating if this place was actually open as well but someone eventually wandered out from the kitchen. We were warned that a good portion of the menu was out and later learned that the machine the makes hot drinks wasn't in operations. A Classic milk tea it is! It was super sweet and the caffeine wrecked me come bedtime but hey! I knew what I was getting myself into. Miss Dessert is brightly colored and spacious place with lots of comfy seating. I think the logo is suppose to be a mango inside a durian which is what their store name means. How fun! Even the color scheme reminds me of mango and durian colors. I'm sad that their Mesa location closed but at least this location still exists for the east valley folks. read more
We ordered the c3, A4, mega fruit tea with boba, brown sugar latte with boba, peach smash tea, and peach galaxy tea. There was only one guy working and he was super nice and welcoming. We were the first ones to come in at opening so he was still setting up but took our order with a smile and prepared our order accurately. Personally I think out of everything we got the A4 Mondo Mango was the best thing. The rice was sweet and chewy which I liked, it almost tasted like boba but just in a big amount. The mango pieces were at their peak ripeness adding soooooo much flavor it was really amazing paired with the liquid in the dessert, if I were in the area I would come back just for that. The yo yo yogi was not my cup of tea, I had a bite and the boba pearls in it were oddly flavored in my opinion and the whole dish was sort of bitter The peach drinks were both VERY good and sweet and delicious read more

My friend really wanted me to try this dessert house so my family set out one afternoon to check it out. Parking was easy and available outside. Staff were masked and there were no long lines to order. I was greeted by a lovely staff member who helped me narrow down a drink to choose alongside a mango pancake and durian pancake order. Service was quick. The durian pancake was delicious and so was the mango. I love the fluffiness of it and the semi sweet cream inside. Perfect combination. I forgot what we ordered for our boba drink but was perfect as well. Not too sweet even at 100% sweetness. Deducting a point since the bathroom was absolutely gross. It clearly was not cleaned for awhile as there a dust built up on the toilet top and behind the lid. Sink was filthy. Paper towels were not replenished and floors looked pretty bad. It did not match the appearance of the shop floor. Strange as it was dead in the store - just my family. read more

Heard about this place through a food page, didn't realize this location was so close to me, so I decided to check it out. Upon walking in I got a really feel good vibe and the atmosphere was just super cute. The girls behind the counter were super patient and understanding also very helpful. The takoyaki was surprisingly delicious, better than most places I've had it! Everything was so light and just refreshing, definitely will be visiting again very soon! read more

We're pretty picky about our boba and Miss Dessert lived up to our expectations! Their brown sugar latte with boba was so good. It's pretty sweet so if super sweet isn't for you then you can opt for 50% or 75% sweet. The mega fruit tea was refreshing and delicious. My girls loved the fruit that came with it! We'll definitely be back!!! Loved it! read more

Not a bad Asian desert place! I come from California so the concept was quite similar Meet Fresh. Essentially the desert is shaved ice with a variety of different fruits, jellies, etc to choose from. Here, they served different interpretations of shaved ice including vanilla ice which is quite unique. My aunts were in town and have never tried anything like this so they wanted to go. There's a lot of different shaved ice bowls to choose from and a variety of boba drinks. Unfortunately, the sugar machine was down so we weren't able to order any fruit teas only milk teas so we only tried the vanilla ice with Watermellon, seeds, mango bits I believe and more. The vanilla ice is good but it's a little on the sweet side so if you have a sweet tooth, you will love this. Hopefully I'll get to come back when the machine is up and running to try their drinks. read more

Let me first start off by saying how much I LOVE THIS LOCATION!! So glad that we finally have one closer to home without having to drive to the Asian district for some decent tea. BIG PLUS is that the staff here are way better than the original store - they're super friendly, ACTUALLY SMILE and greet you like a person, speaks to each other like any real coworkers would and always asks if you're a part of their royalty program so that you earn your points. Some things I love about this store: -You can order ahead online and pick-up via their curb side spot. They will bring out your drink if you call them but I find it faster if you just run in and grab them yourself instead of waiting for them to pick up the phone. This curb-side service could definitely use some improvement as it asks for your car model and such but doesn't make much of a diff if you have to call in to let them know you're here anyways. -Parking is easy and right out front. -Service is a lot faster than the original store My reasons why this is not a 5-star review is due to the inconsistency in the amount of toppings you get with your drink. I always get their milk tea with purple sticky rice every single time in addition to whatever drink I get, and the amount of purple sticky rice is so little sometimes that it's not worth paying that extra dollar for.. but the rice is SOOOOOO good I can't stop myself from getting them! I suppose it's a gamble :( Also, not sure if it's due to the construction next door or not but been seeing random bugs in the store a few times we've been there. One time during dining in and eating our dessert, one of the workers that was working on her laptop at one of the tables took out a roach - yikes! read more
Yum! Purple snowman (shaved ice with condensed milk, mango, and purple sticky rice) was very, very tasty. For our drinks, there was definitely variability in sweetness. My friend and I both got 50% sugar, but they tasted very different. We weren't too picky, but one drink tasted nearly 110% sugar. Apart from this, friendly staff, clean interior, and nice sunny location in the afternoon. read more
Miss Dessert "Southside" is just as wonderful as Miss Dessert "Northside"!! There's a reason Miss Dessert is my favorite boba tea shop in town... and they maintain that same level of flavor consistency and excellence... and attention to detail at this new location! Friendly, helpful staff. This Miss is just as precious as the other one! Good, comfy seats! Wonderful tasting boba & desserts! Their grape tea refresher was remarkably refreshing after a good sweat on the tennis courts! Honestly some of the best boba drinks I've ever tasted! I heard about them through the Boba Couple on Instagram and I've been coming here on weekly basis since then. With several different unique drinks to choose from, you can't go wrong with any option. So far the brown sugar latte has been my favorite. Inside is very clean and it's actually a chill spot to enjoy your drinks. Haven't tried any of the food yet but one of these days I will. This side of the valley could use more authenticity so I'm glad Miss Dessert opened out here. read more

Visiting and heard about Miss Dessert so had to try. Pleasantly surprised with the cool, clean & fun ambiance but really it is all about the drinks and dessert. 2 large screen monitors display the menu items so those unfamiliar will be able to see before ordering. Menus are at the counter for those, like me, that live to peruse clever descriptions to evoke anticipation. Soo many choices but our group went with the very popular Mango rice dessert (a4) and the Purple rice (a2)-palm hearts & black rice swimming in a sweet milky topping , and of course drinks. Drink packaging (yup, love the cups) is sturdy for travel and reuse. Barely made it home and by the time I was ready to take pix, someone, who shall remain unnamed for now, consumed the rice desserts! Soo needless to say another visit must be scheduled. Highly recommend you to try but maybe take your pix & taste before leaving them out of your sigh. P.S. Lots of parking in a well lit shopping plaza. Helpful and polite staff! read more

Have you ever had Mango Pancakes? I had mango pancakes for the first time, and they were absolutely delicious! I am now addicted! Everything I tried was absolutely amazing! They have a wide selection of Hong Kong Desserts and authentic Boba Teas! My favorite drink was the Brown Sugar Latte, but they were all so good! From the Yoji Cup, to the super fresh Mega Fruit Tea (it had real chunks of fruit in it) & White Peach Oolong with Cheese foam to the Mondo mango - everything was refreshing and yummy! read more
