    Vegan Poke Bowl
    Amayah E.

Came here for a nighttime vegan meal as they were one of the only options and I'm very satisfied with what I got! They have ample options of veggies and etc for vegans and those who are gluten free. I got the chile sauce as my topping sauce and overall I recommend here for their variety and convenience being one of the only places open for me on a Sunday night.

I think I've had the poke here about a dozen times now. Let me tell you, it's actually really good....! The fish and toppings are super fresh and abundant. I usually build my own and they always do a great job. Their spicy tuna is different from some other poke places because it's seasoned with chili crisp! Never had it that way but it's become my favorite now. They also have some of the best boba between here and Nash. The boba is warm, perfect chewy consistency and right amount of sweetness. I've had the honeydew and brown sugar milk tea and thoroughly enjoyed them. The only 'meh' is the ramen. I liked it, but something just seemed like it was missing. I'd give that a 7/10, it's not bad - I'll probably try it again soon. Lastly, the team keeps the place sparkling clean and provides excellent service. You can order online and pay in the store, order is usually ready quick (10min?) so it's convenient. Absolutely love this place, check them out!!

He was really excited to go so we made a 30 minute drive to load up on some dumplings. My first impression was that the place was clean and bright with lots of seating. We were greeted nicely and we sat down to discuss what we wanted before ordering at the register. Disney music played on the speakers the entire time and even me, a Disney-adult, I was over it after having to hear Let it Go twice in a row. We ordered quite the spread: one beef gua bao, one order of chicken & cabbage handcrafted dumplings, one pork belly rice, one chicken gua bao, one zha jiang noodles, soup dumplings, and Thai iced tea, and one jasmine milk tea. In total, with tax and tip, we spent nearly $75. Now, we wouldn't stick our nose up to spending our hard-earned money to get our grub on, however, we felt like we didn't get our money's worth here. The food was just okay. My favorite thing was the beef gua bao and I would absolutely get that one again. The Thai tea was delicious, and the chicken and cabbage dumplings were decent. My husband surprisingly loved the chicken gua bao the most and I really enjoyed it, too. But for the more expensive items like the noodles and rice bowl, they were *fine.* My rice barely had any sauce on them and minimal pieces of pork belly. The soup dumplings, though prepared nicely, were not very flavorful at all. The jasmine milk tea? Probably the worst I've ever had. My husband liked his noodles but I was not crazy about them, they had a very greasy texture to them and the mouth feel was like I was so thirsty at the mechanic that I took a swig of their synthetic motor oil. Now I will say that the employees here are very nice and they bring the food out to you as the dishes are made. Overall, I wasn't impressed with Steamboys except for their beef gua bao and Thai tea. The price didn't match the flavor for the entire meal, so we won't be going back. Service: 10/10 Food: 5/10 (the gua baos and Thai tea are the best) Drinks: 7/10

I was very worried about finding any place that would come close to my favorite sushi place here in the Hendersonville area, but Maru Ichi is awesome. The food is always great. The atmosphere is very calm. Tonight I had the avocado ball pictured and my husband had Japanese pork curry. We also always get lucky to get the same. Great waitress Alani. I will not eat sushi anywhere else now.

It rivals the high-end sushi restaurants in downtown Nashville, and in many ways, it beats them. The fish is consistently exceptionally fresh, the presentation is beautiful, and the restaurant is spotless every time. The staff is warm, attentive, and efficient -- food comes out quickly whether you're enjoying a sit-down dinner or stopping in on a tight schedule. Must-tries: * Avocado Bomb -- unique, stunning, and packed with flavor. * Tuna Lover Roll -- pro tip: ask for the crispy fried scallions (not listed anymore, but they'll add them if you ask -- and it takes the roll to the next level!). * Yellowtail Hamachi -- fresh, clean, and melt-in-your-mouth perfect. They also have fantastic lunch bento boxes -- ideal if you want a little bit of everything. Options like bulgogi, katsu, and chicken teriyaki make it easy to get a balanced, filling lunch on the go without sacrificing quality or flavor. Pricing is very fair for the quality -- not the cheapest spot in town, but you absolutely get what you pay for: premium ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and a consistently great dining experience. Whether it's date night, a family meal, a business lunch, or a quick midday sushi craving, Mari Ichi always delivers. Friendly service, fresh fish, fast kitchen, and consistently excellent food -- what more can you ask for? Can't wait for my next visit!
