I have only been attending the studio for a few months, but the owner has been very unfriendly and rude towards me, and my friend who I brought as a guest even commented about the owners attitude. She has never been welcoming, no matter how friendly and kind I am toward her. The pilates classes are consistently the same, lacking creativity from the instructors. There are blocks and various types of equipment available, but they are never utilized! Despite the classes being waitlisted, there are instructors in the studio taking up space while paying members are unable to attend. I will not be returning to this studio.

Second, I took a Hatha class and mentioned to the teacher that I just started Ashtanga yoga last year and the studio closed. She said very sarcastically "This is not Ashtanga yoga!" Which made me feel unconformtable. Third, the class had 0 sight lines. You cannot see the teacher. Direction was very wishy washy. Fourth, I won't be coming back.

For starters, it is a gorgeous, impeccably designed space. It is calming and welcoming, & every interaction - from greeter to teacher--was warm. The yoga room is lit by candlelight & heated with infrared technology. As someone who found the heat of bikram to be kind of suffocating, this infrared heat truly (as advertised) felt like sunshine. The studio does offer classes of varying degrees of difficulty & experience, but my experience was with the fully-guided primary Practice Flow. As an introduction, I am as far from a yogi as Saturn is from Earth- years of sports have demolished my joints & overtuned my tendons, & I can hardly touch my toes (& the use of the word "hardly" is generous). As such, I was somewhat intimidated to take my first free Practice Flow at Practice Saturday morning. I was worried everyone in the class would be incredibly flexible & amazing & bend circles around me. & honestly, if there was a third party watching the class from the ceiling, they very well may have been! However, throughout the entire class, I did not even notice. Class at Practice is truly a personal experience. You become so tuned in to your own body you do not find yourself searching the room for inspiration or competitors. The room is filled with encouragement & light. It challenged me & awakened a love for yoga I never knew existed. Tommy -the teacher of the class, & studio owner- is fantastic. He is encouraging & takes the time to correct form if it is lacking. He was positive the entire time, which, as a far from perfect perfectionist, I completely appreciated. If you prefer not to be adjusted at all, there are cards available at the front desk that you can leave on your mat & indicate such. The music was great - not overpowering. I felt energized & positive when I walked out the doors of Practice for the first time, & I can hardly wait to enter those doors again. Thank you, Practice & Tommy, for an amazing class!

If you think you can't get into aerial arts because you're not flexible, you're not terribly…read morestrong, you have no dance or gymnastics training, or (my favorite) you're too old...read on. I am 50 years old, overweight, and about as flexible as a broomstick. I have had ZERO dance or gymnastics training in my life. I've never done the splits or even a pullup. My upper body strength is lacking. And sometimes I lack confidence in myself. In just a mere 3 months of Lyra classes, Aerial Dragonfly had me performing a wide variety of moves, poses, and flows in the Lyra, and they helped me develop so much conviction in my abilities, my body type, and my age. I became stronger and much more confident, and with the encouragement of my instructors and new friends, I participated in their spring Student Showcase. I was literally performing in front of a large, supportive crowd after THREE MONTHS of learning and practicing at the Aerial Dragonfly. It was amazing! I've *never* been in a community that was so instantly supportive, fun, encouraging, and gentle. I've spent time with 4-5 instructors and learned something new every time. I've made so many friends and I look forward to seeing them every week. We really support each other and enjoy each other...from all walks of life. You have nothing to lose. You can sign up for one class at a time. You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish, and the incredible community you can become part of. Your age, your experience, your body type-none of these things will hold you back if you just give them a try. You CAN fly!

I'm proud to support a woman owned business and a Veteran owned business. I've taken two lessons so far: Lyra (aerial hoop) and trapeze. Both of my lessons have been with Dari. She is one of the owners and she's amazing! Such a patient and kind teacher. I felt instantly welcomed in the space. Such a spacious and beautiful studio! There is a parking lot too. This studio offers a variety of modalities, including aerial hammock, aerial yoga, pole dancing, Lyra, trapeze, aerial silks and more. I plan on trying everything! Plenty of mats and things to stay safe. It's easy to book classes online through their website, and they offer packages too. These are private lessons, and the prices are very reasonable. It's amazing how much I get to try and learn in one hour! Such a gift to receive one on one training like this. Wow! Fantastic workout and so much fun. I'm really grateful I found this studio. Anny was able to balance the two of us in a private lesson, and we were both killer sore the next few days. Everyone (who is willing to try and work through a little pain) will have a blast! Who doesn't want to hang around on silks, a lira (hoop), or trapeze? I don't know, because this girl sure does.

Came into the Vinyasa 3 class expecting a challenging and sweaty class with inversions and arm…read morebalances. Instead it felt like I attended an almost basic vinyasa class. I understand the heat was turned off due to it being summer but the room was almost chilly with barely any sweat broken by the end of class. The teacher was ok minus her wanting the students to take the complex sequence on their own. IMO, a student is paying to be told what the sequence is while doing it instead of having to remember what you have to be doing. It also surprised me that they do not offer towels nor cold towels at the end with it being a "hot" yoga studio.
