This store pretty much has all their vanities on display so you can see the different wood finishes and size options, which ones come with a sink and which ones have a separate sink. The prices are great compared to other custom vanity places. The store is huge and seems overwhelming. They carry a lot of products for your kitchen, bathroom and other rooms in your home. Since I was focused only on purchasing a vanity, I tried my best not to look at all the other products they carry, such as floor tiles, wood floors, bathroom tiles, shower fixtures, toilets, mirrors, shower doors, etc. So much to look at!! Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! No need to wait for delivery. What I like about PHD is that I can purchase my products and my contractor can pick them up. I don't have to haul a vanity in my tiny car. Returns have a restocking fee. They were also very respectful of the space and extremely careful when moving things around the house. Their installation work was flawless. The transformation turned out exactly how I hoped. They truly brought my vision to life. I chose a greenish-gray color that complements the rest of my home, and I was going for a super modern look--they delivered exactly what I imagined. This company clearly cares about his customers, and at no point did I feel pressured. Refacing made so much sense! They can reface all the cabinets throughout the house, not just in the kitchen. That's what I did, so make sure to ask about their full home services. Kelly took over our project very quickly and the handoff was really smooth, which we appreciated because we were already in the middle of making a lot of decisions. She was very patient listening to what we wanted and our kitchen layout had some special requirements, so it wasn't just a standard design. She gave us a lot of useful suggestions based on her experience, but at the same time she didn't try to push us into anything and was willing to work around our ideas. She also helped us pick a countertop that matched the cabinets very well, and even gave us advice on the cabinet handles and some of the smaller details that we honestly hadn't thought much about. You can tell she has a lot of experience and a good eye for what works together. Overall the whole process was much easier because of her and we're very happy with the experience. I was replacing my range hood that had been working for more than 30 years. It was working all…read moreright but had been bothering me with the following issues: 1. too noise. 2. poor aerodynamic design that causes a large portion of the fume and the steam to escape. A layer of grease quickly built up on the top of the hood itself and the cabinets and the appliances in the kitchen 3. leaks of the conditioned air through the fan inlets- a big waste of the electricity and gas. I used to put a piece of paper to block the fan. It cuts the PG&E bills big time. But it is messy to take off the greasy paper when I need to cook. 4. hard cleaning job- the whole range hood collected greasy. Also the oil collecting pan is made of fragile plastic that had cracks and been leaking for years. All the problems got solved by my new Fotile range hood. The certified 669 CFM is so impressive that I saw the fume from my pan getting sucked in like a cloud- nothing visbible escape. My bedrooms upstairs used to smell the cooking. Not anymore. The whole house smells nothing after cooking, even in the kitch near the stove. I think the well-designed capture shield plays a big role besides the sucking power. It closes when the hood is off. It perfectly keeps the conditioned air locked in. I think this is quite genious. Besides, the hood surface is made of glass. It feels modern and sleek. I found the glass surface is much easier to clean than the painted metal on the one I had. And above all, it is quiet. At speed 1, 2 and 3, only a low humming may be heard. It goes a bit noise at the speed 4, the max. speed. The installing went very smooth. The technician was professional. He wore clean room booths, and covered the stove area. He did everything to keep my house and the working area clean. He also went over the operation with me after the installation. I am very happy with this purchase with Fotile. Not knowing where to go and or how to even start with a short window, we found our way to KZS. We were greeted by Lance as we walked in and he was extremely helpful from the start. He showed us ideas of kitchen cabinets based on what we were thinking, came to our house to help with measurements, and then showed us a 3D image of the kitchen and we loved it already! We also didn't know of a contractor to help build it for us, and Lance said he had contractors he typically works with and recommends, which was perfect so we didn't have to go find our own. After finalizing the design and measurements, his contractors started and finished in just over 3 weeks - including demo, adding a kitchen electric sub panel, new flooring, removing a wall and pipe that was inside the wall.
