He came out for a free assessment and quickly identified the sources of leaks in both our bathroom and kitchen sinks. Jose is an excellent communicator and always called or texted to let us know when he would arrive. Jose is knowledgeable, reliable, hardworking, and efficient--and he gets the job done right and in a timely manner. It's wonderful to find someone you can trust and feel confident calling again. After that, any water we ran down the sink (on both the left and right sides) caused the pipe to leak immediately. It was dreadful! The next day, I called our normal handyman but he was not able to come for 2 days and after calling 3 plumbers (all of whom either were hard to reach or were fairly rude/prideful on the phone), I was SO relieved to reach Mark Stephen. It was so nice that he was willing to come that day, even though I had to leave work early... i was over the moon to hear he would fit me into his schedule the same day. He taught me how to use the garbage disposal (I had been using it wrong all these years), took the time to explain what the 2 issues were (clogged sink and loose pipe), and then fixed both issues in perhaps 15-20minutes (i wasn't really timing him, but it seemed really fast). He was very knowledgable, humble but confident, and I appreciated his help! Highly recommended. I will definitely share his name with all my friends!

It finally occured too often to ignore so we called in Stan the man. He was prompt and clear with communication, was able to see us the next morning. Everything was functional but he offered a cleaning service, with no guarantees it would fix the issue. We hadn't had it cleaned in many years, so figured it needed it anyways. Stan diligently took it apart and cleaned the heating elements, thermocouple and other "guts", reassembled everything and fired the heater up. That was about 2 months ago... We haven't had to touch the heater since. I've probably forgotten how to relight it at this point. As I said at the top, Stan is the best!

We had received another quote that was significantly more expensive, and Stan took the time to really understand the issue and find the right solution rather than overcomplicating the work. He ended up saving us a significant amount of money, and we felt like we could completely trust his recommendations. On top of all that, he was just genuinely kind and even left us with a box of Ukrainian chocolates! Such a thoughtful touch. We'll absolutely call Stan again for any plumbing needs and would recommend him without hesitation.

The two people that came by were nice, and despite the 90 degree weather, even cleaned the surrounding area. What I appreciated about Joe was that he took my phone call on a Saturday even though he was out of town, was able to get the service done on the same day, his price was reasonable and he listened (definitely did not feel dismissed). His dispatcher, Tina, was also great!

I highly recommend Warrior Plumbing & Drain!…read more I discovered a leak in my garage that needed to be repaired soon. It was not an emergency, but I definitely did not want to wait. Joe answered my call and scheduled an inspection for first thing the next morning. He was professional, on time, and explained exactly what the issue was, how it would be repaired, and what it would cost. It sounded like it could be a major job, but the price was very reasonable. Eduardo arrived promptly and completed the repair in about an hour. He tested everything, showed me the completed work, and left the area cleaner than he found it. There is a reason Warrior Plumbing & Drain has five stars on Yelp and so many positive Nextdoor reviews. They were responsive, honest, affordable, and did excellent work. And did I mention this was on Labor Day? Outstanding service!
