It is not uncommon to find service slower when there are less people in the establishment because staff will go about setting up their station, cleaning without noticing that people are waiting for water, ready to order food or drink or asking for the check. As far as I'm concerned I'll wait and I'll pay more for authenticity. The Cubano has no flavor and the wrong type of bread was used. SMH. Take your time and offer your customers good Cuban food. I got myself the Crazy Fruity milkshake which tasted like fruity pebbles. They don't get a 4 stars because the milkshake pebbles were stale on the outside. I did like however the frosting layers inside the cup which made a nice taste and look to it. Will come here again to try the food.
