Last Wednesday, we had the pleasure of working with Sir Grout, and I cannot say enough good things…read moreabout their service. Their technician, Joe, arrived right on time to perform a deep restoration clean on our master bedroom walk in shower before we moved out of our rental home. Although the shower wasn't in bad shape, we wanted to leave it spotless for the homeowners who were moving back in. From the moment Joe arrived, his professionalism and demeanor stood out. He was punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process before getting started. He then spent over three and a half hours meticulously cleaning, restoring, and sealing every surface, grout lines, tiles, and all. When he finished, we were absolutely stunned. The shower looked brand new, as if it had never been used before. The tiles gleamed, the grout lines were crisp and bright, and the entire space felt fresh and renewed. It was truly remarkable workmanship. I completely regret not taking before and after photos, as we were in the middle of moving out and didn't think to do it, but honestly, no written review could ever do Joe's work true justice. The transformation was that impressive. Overall, we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Joe's dedication, skill, and attention to detail reflect the exceptional quality that defines Sir Grout. We will absolutely use them again and would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone looking for top tier tile and grout restoration services. Manny and Angela, Brentwood, TN

So I bought a house... almost didn't because of the condition of the primary bathroom. Great home,…read morebut the main bathroom looked like a truck stop. Beautifully tiled shower and floor... but the grout. OMG THE GROUT. It. Was. Gross. Stained orange in many places, dirty from soap scum, mold, and algae in several others. I thought no way this will ever come clean without spending a small fortune to remodel the tiled areas. So I got four quotes. Mind you, The Grout Doctor wasn't the least expensive but there was just something about Ryan (the owner) that hit the right way. He's very knowledgeable and honest and has been in the business for over a decade. I went with my gut. Turns out Ryan and Chris (his lead technician) can work miracles. They busted their a**es carving out the old lines and regrouted the whole shower and wall enclosure. Cleaning, meticulously applied stain, and sealer made the orange, dirt stained floor disappear. It looks brand new! I wish I had a before photo but quite honestly it would've been embarrassing to post. I'm so happy I chose The Grout Doctor for the project (they cleaned, stained, and sealed my second bathroom and laundry room and cleaned and sealed the kitchen tile backsplash too). I'd 100% recommend them to tackle any project you have, especially if resembles a truck stop bathroom.

Tucked away in the Thoroughbred Village strip mall of Cool Springs (where Office Depot and Trader…read moreJoe's are notable tenants), the Tile Shop offers a beautiful array of tiles for your home projects. We visited while planning a massive bathroom and pool renovation at our home. Compared to their competition, options here tend to be more upscale and sophisticated. We appreciated that! However, the selection is much smaller than their competitors. That doesn't impact the beauty of their tile, and many will be thoroughly satisfied with their experience here. The primary annoyance at the Tile Shop is that the names of tiles and their allowed usage (wall only, floor only, allowed in showers, allowed in pools) are written in tiny font and difficult to read. At their largest rival store in Cool Springs, everything is labeled quite clearly in legible font with name, brand, usage, and recommended grout color. With a much larger selection elsewhere, we didn't end up buying from the Tile Shop. Keep in mind that they offer very nice products and expert designers to help with your project. The Tile Shop is not a subpar store by any means. It just wasn't for us as we needed a larger store with a more efficient experience scouring through aisles of tiles.
