We wanted the entire bathroom tile cleaned and sealed (floors, shower, tub) with some grout repairs. We're very happy with the work they did and appreciated that they did an in-person estimate, showed up on time, sent reminders to stop using the shower a few days in advance, and cleaned up after the job. We did have some miscommunication regarding the estimate and pricing. We wanted the shower walls done and believed we communicated that at the estimate. Estimate was itemized for each area of the project but apparently "shower surround" for $150 on our estimate does not mean the shower walls, which is still baffling. Also we felt like the price would've been a bit too high without including the walls. Took them about 4 hours combined in 2 trips Nevertheless, they say they are committed to customer satisfaction and they proved it by coming back out to do the walls without an additional charge. Only bummer is going another week without being able to use the shower, but we're happy with the job they did and we would use them again in the future if we needed grout repair. Might choose to DIY if that was the price for just cleaning and sealant. read more

Wow this was worth every penny! I just bought a house that was five years old and in the master bathroom the tile looked very dingy and dirty because of the grout color she selected. Even though it was a newer house it seemed kind of old and the grout brought the luster back and we were able to change the color to a white and it looks so much better and cleaner now. Having that fixed and making it look nice makes the whole bathroom look so much better! So glad I did it as it was worth every penny. read more

We could not recommend this company more. During the build of our home sub-contractors had heavily tracked mud all over the house after the hard wood and tile was installed. We had complained multiple times before closing and after about the grout staining to no avail so we decided to have Groutsmith in to clean and seal all of our grout--3 bathrooms, laundry room, 1 walk-in shower walls and floor, and 2 surrounds, and kitchen backsplash. Tom came out to go over our options and presented a quote that day. He gave us several choices on each piece of the project so we could select what worked best for our budget.
