Their technician, Joe, arrived right on time to perform a deep restoration clean on our master bedroom walk in shower before we moved out of our rental home. Although the shower wasn't in bad shape, we wanted to leave it spotless for the homeowners who were moving back in. From the moment Joe arrived, his professionalism and demeanor stood out. He was punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process before getting started. He then spent over three and a half hours meticulously cleaning, restoring, and sealing every surface, grout lines, tiles, and all. When he finished, we were absolutely stunned. The shower looked brand new, as if it had never been used before. The tiles gleamed, the grout lines were crisp and bright, and the entire space felt fresh and renewed. It was truly remarkable workmanship. I completely regret not taking before and after photos, as we were in the middle of moving out and didn't think to do it, but honestly, no written review could ever do Joe's work true justice. The transformation was that impressive. Overall, we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Joe's dedication, skill, and attention to detail reflect the exceptional quality that defines Sir Grout. We will absolutely use them again and would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone looking for top tier tile and grout restoration services. Manny and Angela, Brentwood, TN

Beautifully tiled shower and floor... but the grout. OMG THE GROUT. It. Was. Gross. Stained orange in many places, dirty from soap scum, mold, and algae in several others. I thought no way this will ever come clean without spending a small fortune to remodel the tiled areas. So I got four quotes. Mind you, The Grout Doctor wasn't the least expensive but there was just something about Ryan (the owner) that hit the right way. He's very knowledgeable and honest and has been in the business for over a decade. I went with my gut. Turns out Ryan and Chris (his lead technician) can work miracles. They busted their a**es carving out the old lines and regrouted the whole shower and wall enclosure. Cleaning, meticulously applied stain, and sealer made the orange, dirt stained floor disappear. It looks brand new! I wish I had a before photo but quite honestly it would've been embarrassing to post. I'm so happy I chose The Grout Doctor for the project (they cleaned, stained, and sealed my second bathroom and laundry room and cleaned and sealed the kitchen tile backsplash too). I'd 100% recommend them to tackle any project you have, especially if resembles a truck stop bathroom.

We needed a carpet cleaning service so I used Yelp's, "Request A Quote" to get multiple quotes with one message. Within about 20 minutes I had about four different carpet cleaners reach out to me with different pricing options and their available dates. It's a such an awesome feature! Oxi Fresh Carpet cleaning had one of the best prices and they were available on the day we needed them. They kept us updated with the service date via text and email, which was a great reminder during this busy time. They did an awesome job and were done in about an hour and a half. The thing I love about Oxi cleaners is they don't use foamy shampoos to clean the carpets. So the carpets are dry within about 30 to 45 minutes. This way you're not waiting around for hours for your carpet to dry. We've used other carpet cleaners In the past that do the deep cleaning with shampoo and yes, maybe the carpets do look a little cleaner, but not by much. Plus, there's other services are pretty pricey. Need your carpets cleaned in a pinch? Oxi is awesome!
