I'd give 10 stars if I could! The Dudes are the best in the biz! We needed our carpets cleaned asap and they bent over backwards to work us into their schedule, despite it being after work hours. They were very prompt with communication the entire expierence. They kept me updated throughout the day so I'd know exactly when to expect them. They did a super thorough job looking for stains and treating them, all while being professional and friendly. I have carpet throughout my second floor, which has 3 bedrooms and a rec room. It is the original light-colored carpet that I've had for 22 years. Since I use the rec room as my art studio, I had quite a few acrylic paint stains that I had tried to clean up myself over the last 5 years. It didn't work, and I was tired of looking at the stains, so I did my research and came across great reviews for The Carpet Cleaning Dudes. I made an appointment, and they were able to come out within 3 days of my call. The three young men spent about 4 hours in prepping, scrubbing, steaming, and cleaning the carpet. I was amazed that they were able to remove all of the old acrylic paint stains. They were even able to remove a 20-year-old red fingernail polish stain that my daughter caused almost 20 years ago when she still lived with me! I was in shock. The other stains liked ground-in dirt and spilled Coke were also removed. I have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone who wants a thorough carpet cleaning. They were very professional, responsive in communicating with me, arrived on schedule, explained the entire process to me before they started, and charged what I considered to be a very fair, reasonable price. We had a huge emergency! We called around with no luck from any other cleaners, and the Carpet Cleaning Dudes saved us. Caleb was able to get out later that day and did an amazing job on a very challenging carpet cleaning. Our older dog overnight had made some potties all over a bedroom....it was a horrific scene! We were looking for a change for our office floor cleaners and found the Carpet Cleaning Dudes. They showed up on time and did a great job at a reasonable price. They took longer than normal which isn't a problem because these guys actually cleaned the carpets instead of just spraying and sucking the solution back up like other companies we have used. The machines they used scrubbed the carpets and got rid of all of the problem areas we had with our carpets. One side note they did damage a piece of furniture. It was small but annoying to deal with. The owner Brent came by to take a look at it immediately, he gave us a ton of options on how to fix it and got it fixed. His professionalism in handling the situation went a long way and we will continue using them from now on. They actually care about their work and it shows.
