While they don't have the service department or the huge lot of vehicles, the process with them is pressure-free and friendly. Also, you don't spend a whole day at the dealership if you buy from them, they know what they're doing and don't waste time going back and forth between buyer and manager or whatever it is the larger places do to drag things along. They also won't push you to buy something you don't need. Every time we've been there, they've waited awhile before approaching us, letting us look at vehicles without feeling like you're going to be accosted by a stereotypical salesperson as soon as you park on the lot. Also, if you're looking for something really specific, they do offer to do the searching for you and will get you the car you're looking for, if you can't find it here right away. I've left voice mails for both their President and the registered agent and no response. The State of Oregon says their corporation status has expired. About 6 months ago they stopped reporting to credit bureaus. We just want to pay the loan off and get the title for the car.

His name is Mauro Granziero (yup, definitely Italian) and he was all the things you want in a car salesman, and so very rarely get - urbane, intelligent, courteous without being too much so, helpful, patient and funny. Sure wish I could have bought a car from him. The car-buying process in the U.S. is stressful, usually adversarial, and hardly ever pleasant. It's an unhappy process for the most part. Salesmen like Mr. Granziero are the solution.

I added a quart of oil and then proceeded on my way. Another 300 miles go by and then the same message appears. This is very odd so I do some investigating and I realize that this is a big problem. I call around to mechanics and Audi of Beaverton just to tell me that this issue is very serious and they quote me close to $7000 to fix it. I call John at bellus and he proceeds to call me a lier and says that I am making this up. Starts cussing at me while I haven't misspoken to him once throughout the phone call. Now I am out of $9,500. This is a complete scam in my opinion because I truly think that they knew about this problem.

Picked it up a week later; everything was done. Two weeks later a thump developed, took it back and we found an issue (carrier bearing), which we repaired. The shop did a good job and no issues sense. I paid for the repair and John paid for the part that he felt they should have seen during inspection. Straight shooters. I didn't expect a new car, didn't pay a new car price and the truck has exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend them for people who understand that used cars, are used cars..not new cars with lower prices. I'd buy from them again.

It is the most convenient location for me in regards to work, so I frequent it more out of necessity than anything. At least it is clean, orderly and generally very efficient at processing any sort of transaction. I would rate Columbia Credit Union five stars over any other bank I've ever frequented, so it has that going for it. Just make sure that any special transactions are followed up on, or you might find yourself picking up the pieces afterward.

Update- I have tried for a week to work with OnPoint which was a waste of time . People beware of their bill pay , there are glitches and OnPoint will not take responsibility for those glitches . We now will have change direct deposits and a whole slew of financial information to switch banks
