I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years. My to-go lady is out of town so I decided to come here while running errands in the area--not the best idea. The shop is bright and decorated for Valentine's Day. The employee was super nice and friendly. I described to her how I like my eyebrows, which is full and thick. Ugh! I'm disappointed--my eyebrows are thinner than I like. They aren't awful but they aren't great...not worth $15. She did a great job with shaping my eyebrows. It did hurt but it was worth the pain. If you have not done threading before I highly recommend it because it takes longer to grow back than waxing. Normally I won't write reviews but this one kept my feelings hurt. Eyebrows can be a girls best friend. I just moved to the area and had trouble finding a great spot to get my eyebrows done. Came here, you're required to sign in at front desk. I did so, not only did Samantha attend 2 girls before me but she didn't even call my name from the list. I asked for wax and tint. Also to keep my eyebrows thick, just clean them up . I wish I could show a picture of the aftermath. Horrible decision to have gone there. I paid $35 and it doesn't even look like eyebrows were tinted. She left the dye on for maybe 2 minutes as opposed to 10. I have my maternity shoot coming up and I look like I have two squiggly lines on my face. I won't be going back read more

HORRIBLE. They completely messed my eyelashes up. She couldn't help with anything apparently. Wasted 40 for crap. She was rude and you are never suppose to make a customer feel like the wrong one. She took my lashes off along with my real ones she did it being spiteful. I think this place is ridiculous no one should ever come here. So if you want shitty and messed up lashes and brows come here. But if you want something nice your better off going somewhere else or even doing it yourself. I'm so heated.
