To note, the stylist did not explain to me that she didn't feel confident in her ability to blow my hair out. She made ONE comment that a piece of hair wasn't curling, and I said she can use the iron on that section if needed. I was also able to clarify that the stylist did NOT ask someone else to step in until AFTER my hair was "done". If this was communicated to me at ANY point during my appointment, I would have gladly had someone else who felt confident in their ability to blow my hair out step in. Lastly, I was able to clarify that no, it was never mentioned that my deposit would be refunded. No mention of that was made while I was there. I am glad I was able to clarify these points, and I will take Renee up on having someone else blow out my hair another time. Looking forward to a better experience next time! ----------- Original review: The only service I can speak to is the blowout- the other services may be great, but words can't even describe how unacceptably horrible this blowout is. This blowout took 2 HOURS, and my hair is a curled mess and not at all a voluminous blowout. Not only did specifically say I wanted a 90s style blowout with lots of root volume, I even shared 2 photos and mentioned that when I do my blowouts at home I put the sections in rollers after drying to achieve the desired look. All of that was completely ignored. I mentioned that I was ok with using the curling iron if needed, but again, my goal was a blowout look. Instead I got a head full of ratty curls. The owner did offer to have someone re blow it out. I appreciated that, and I would have gladly taken them up on this offer if I hadn't already been there for 2 hours. I left incredibly disappointed at the subpar quality. I hope they enjoyed my $25 deposit. Please save your time and blow dry your hair at home or go literally ANYWHERE else.

I had to get my entire hair redone because when I got home, I noticed how patchy she had put highlights in. There were large gaps and dark spots on my crown. I reached out and got my hair fixed the very next day. I would 100% not recommend esthetician services. I paid $60 for a chemical peel--which I thought was suspiciously low. When I got there, the esthetician told me their chemical peels don't cause peeling (red flag) and I would have to get a mild chemical peel because it was my first peel with them. I told them I've gotten many chemical peels and treatments on my face so I needed something strong. The esthetician ignored me and did what she wanted. The "peel" was pretty pathetic (3 minutes for the whole process). I saw zero results. At the end of the peel she tried to sell me a moisturizer that cost $60, that price was including a "discount." No one wants to be feel forced to buy a product that cost the same as the service, especially after leaving unhappy. My rating only reflects the hair services and how willing Ashley was to fix her mistake.
