Now in my late 50's I still thought I was too young. Dr. Hamilton was so non-judgmental and supportive. I never felt rushed or talked into or out of anything. Honestly I don't wear my hearing aides all day or even every day, but when I need them, they deliver 150%! What a joy being able to follow a conversation in a noisy room again. Eastern Audiology made the procedure and paperwork very easy. I can't say enough, other than thank you!

First off when I went there they told me they took aetna but the office was closed so they would…read morehave to get authorization in the morning, in the meantime i had to leave a credit card. i said fine and got the exam. about an hour later i was told they don't take aetna. after 2 visits i received my prescription and tried to order contacts because they claim they match prices but they really don't. the prescription of course was incomplete so now i am waiting for someone to call me back and get me what i needed. needless to say i am not going back.

I called the Totowa branch and spoke with Yasmin, she made the appointment for me with no problem. I didn't have to give her my insurance numbers or anything. When I got there I was treated so nice by everyone. They were very up front about what my insurance would cover. The price was actually LOWER than the Clifton branch! They even fixed my old glasses for me and applied new nose cushions, for no fee! The doctor I saw was very thorough and really seemed to show an interest in me. He spent a lot of time with me and explained to me the issues I had with my vision. I have since brought my boyfriend and mother here for their exams and glasses. Both of them have been treated as well as me. I only wish I had come here sooner, instead of putting up with the nastiness for years at the other place. Thank you very much!

Just for the record, the eye exam was performed by an associate of Dr. King's. During my examination, I was told that I had cataracts, but was never told that I needed prisms, for my double vision. After receiving my prescription, I had it filled out at another location, because they were so expensive, and it did not help, at all. I called the office, left a voice mail, and did not receive a return call. For this alone, this practice is unprofessional. After all of this unnecessary running around, and knowing that I received a cataracts diagnosis, I received an emergency appointment at my regular eye Dr. Not only did he reassure me, that I did NOT have cataracts, but he prescribed prisms, which took care of my double vision. Prisms, which Dr. King's associate never even mentioned. Thanks to the perfect diagnosis, and prescription of Dr. Brown, I was able to enjoy my vacation with no vision issues. If you're looking for a professional, and correct exam, go to Dr. Andrew Brown, in Teaneck, and never come to this office.

She did an eye exam and convinced me to try a new brand of monthly contacts which I did, and was dissatisfied. I then tried another brand of monthly contacts. Still no luck. I actually went back to using an older prescription of contacts just to get some eye comfort. I was having such issues with my eyes I finally scheduled a new appointment with another doctor and that doctor diagnosed me with protein deposits in my eyes and issued me prescription drops and disposable contacts. I'm disappointed that she didn't listen to my concerns from the get-go.
