It would have been more appropriate to suggest a Neurologist or Dentist as another much nicer ENT has done. I have TMJ. Thank you to the considerate ENTs I visited for their advice. I couldn't believe how condescending Dr. Werber was - a job? a hobby? I wouldn't go near the man - horrible and inappropriate bedside manner! How dare any doctor speak to a patient like that??

Today she even kept an eye on my granddaughter while I was with Dr. Freed. She couldn't have been more helpful! Dr Freed and I go back for over 20 years. I won't trust anyone but him to help me hear as best as I possibly can. I saw other audiologists before him but they never gave me the care nor amount of information that Dr Freed did. I told Dr Freed many years ago that I would never trust my hearing to anyone else. He's the most professional and knowledgeable audiologist I have been to. Anyone would be well taken care of at this office by Dr Freed and Christine

My mother has Dementia and had damaged her hearing aides recently. I can't describe how much more difficult it is to manage a dementia patient who cannot hear. Unfortunately, the location that I used to bring her to has closed, so we went to this Port Washington location. When I explained what had happened to Jody and Dr. Sophia, they informed me that my mothers insurance was no longer accepted by the organization, but they still wanted to help me given the difficult circumstances. This isn't just great customer service this is incredible human kindness. They repaired my mothers hearing aides while we chatted and shared pleasant conversation. I didn't even know that she was repairing the units while we were talking. I thought she was prepping them to be shipped for warranty repair/replacement. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated this kind and helpful gesture. All I can say is no customer service program will deliver this type of care, without wonderful, caring, human beings delivering it. Thank you ladies, our neighbors will no longer being disturbed by my mothers TV and it was truly a pleasure sharing time with you. I HIGHLY recommend this business and location.

Waiting times are extremely long even if you made an appointment. Anyway I tried to make an appointment for my annual and also I've been feeling dizzy so urgent care told me to go to my pcp. The lady at the front desk was being very rude raising her voice and tries to convince me that I need to see the physician assistant instead and wouldn't allow me to visit for my annual because I came in for one 11 months ago. I'm tired of these kind of conversations from that office. Finding another pcp. This is office is a joke.
