They had availabilities within the week which was great. Once you get there there's ample parking. Their office is on the second floor, very clean and pandemic friendly. They have you fill out pre-registration paperwork via iPad. Everything is touch screen. Took about ten minutes. I saw Dr. Mitzner, He is very straight forward. Doesn't waste anytime. Wants to know what the problem is and tries to figure out how to fix it. (Sometimes you would like a doctor to sit and try to get to know the patient and their history in order to figure out their backstory and how to help them going forward.) All in all, he seem pretty good and knowledgeable about his practice.

It would have been more appropriate to suggest a Neurologist or Dentist as another much nicer ENT has done. I have TMJ. Thank you to the considerate ENTs I visited for their advice. I couldn't believe how condescending Dr. Werber was - a job? a hobby? I wouldn't go near the man - horrible and inappropriate bedside manner! How dare any doctor speak to a patient like that??
