My mother was misled! They took advantage of an elderly woman who needed help. My mother called them several times letting them know the hearing aids were NOT! sculpted correctly to her ears. They kept falling out. We took my mom several times for them to fix her issues. Unfortunately the woman doctor didn't know anything about the sizing of the hearing aids for my Mother. The hearing aids kept falling out. My Mom purchased these hearing aids back in April or May of 2022, and only wore them twice, because they were not fitted properly. They knew this! Don't go to this place, unless you are okay giving your money away to scam artists! They are full of it. If we only knew they take advantage of elderly people, my family and I would have taken my mom to a reputable place that doesn't take advantage of the elderly! Buyers beware!
