During the visit he made us feel very comfortable, explaining the whole process from start to finish, pre-op, post- op etc. He listened to our concerns and spent the visit answering all of our questions without rushing. After going over the details of the procedure, he gave us a tour of his operating suite (which I felt was more of a comforting setting as opposed to being in a large hospital). After the visit my mother and I decided this was the doc for us! We booked the appointment and came in a few weeks later for the procedure.
