As an Endocrinologist I've experienced him doing things I've never new they were suppose do. He stays on top of his patients, always aware of what's going on through testing, asking questions, listening, and simply paying attention. He is a caring person and doctor. I must also say that he has patience and demonstrates a natural kindness to the disabled (my Daughter has Down Syndrome). He is not "skiddish" as I find most doctors ro be with the disabled. He has an extremely busy practice but does not fall short on kindness and patient to people. He remembers that he is there for his patients and this is another reason why we keep coming back to him. I am grateful for him and his staff who are an excellent representation of himself. I would highly recommend Dr. Jonas Leibowtiz to anyone as their Endocrinologist. After I forwarded a lipid (cholesterol) blood test requested by my primary doctor to Dr. Taddeo so she could adjust my statin prescription, she refused to increase the strength of my statin, nor reduce its strength based on the blood work unless I came into her Bronxville, NY office in person so she would receive her fee for my office visit. I had already provided her full fees for 3 prior office visits during the year 2025 with my most recent visit on Sept 2025. In October 2025 she received my lipid blood work but refused to discuss my lipid dose requirement with me by phone and then voided my lipid prescription and several months of prescription renewals from the Fleetwood Pharmacy. Her actions may have put my life in danger since I had to scramble to find an alternate doctor to provide me with my statin and for some time I had no statins to take. I am age 71 and the statin prescription helps me fight the following illnesses: high cholesterol, two leaky heart valves, one coronary heart artery partial blockage and partial blockages in both my carotid arteries. HER PATIENTS NEED TO MOVE ON TO A CARDIOLOGIST WITH COMPASSION WHO CARES FOR THEIR PATIENT'S LONGEVITY.

My family has gone to him for decades as do many of our friends' families. He is like THE local doctor. Although he has so many local patients, I have never heard a bad story and can call up several situations in which he has literally saved the lives of members of my family by noticing little things (turned out to be not so little things) in routine check-ups. He doesn't mince words, but also is a really nice guy (though not real cozy and friendly--he cuts right to the chase). He also gives really honest referrals.

Even though he is an extremely busy doctor as he felt this was important he squeezed me in his morning schedule. He examined me carefully and recommended an MRI, while I was there he gave me a through physical. I find Dr. Fialk to be an extremely knowledgeable and caring physician. Dr. Fialk is an excellent diagnostician who treats the whole patient, he does not beat around the bush, he tells you what his findings are, and how he feels they should be dealt with. He is a straight from the shoulder doctor which is something I greatly appreciate. Over the last few years I have developed a personal relationship with him and find him to be a most interesting person. I am lucky to have found this doctor.

As is my usual fate it was not my insurance that changed. SHE decided she was no longer taking Blue Cross Blue Shield. I was devastated. I have no complaints about her treatment.
