This review is not about the doctors, but the reception area and billing department are chaotic…read moreenough to stay away.

Had to have an office visit for test results (I was jazzed because the testing at Greenwich…read moreHospital was done by amazing, caring people that made it fun). Knew we'd have to wait in the car, HOWEVER we arrived about 15 minutes before appointment, (89 degrees in car) called in--phone was busy, busy, busy. Then finally we get a call in, get a call back, telling us to WAIT FOR ANOTHER call. 30 minutes after my appointment time, I talk to a distracted, not rude but not engaged, person who kept me sitting in the car (now 93 degrees) while reviewing my medical record back to NOVEMBER! She didn't appear versed in the practice medicine, asked if I "still had tinitis"... Then finally, 35 minutes after my appointment, I was allowed into the building. There was no cool place to wait, I believe idling in Greenwich is BAD (I don't need a summons) and it's not good to sit in an idling car for 50 minutes. Inside, the two usually nice front deskers didn't even acknowledge that I arrived, was dumped in a room on a stool against a corner to wait. No thanks, we'll be right with you, are you okay? Buy then, I felt dizzy, lightheaded and nauseous. Finally moved to another room to hear the news. By then, had a terrible headache, breathing issue was worse, was shaky, dizzy and not with it. The technical part of office visit was a literal blur, and no one thanked me, acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. I mentioned to the doctor I thought waiting in the heat had gotten to me, he laughed and said they were doing the best they could and walked away. Even leaving a dog in a car is illegal in high temperatures. The complete lack of human kindness was stunning. The lack of connection/acknowledgment/ Hello/goodbye/thank you really hit me hard. It was like, here's the news, get out. If you are running that far behind, FIND A SAFE PLACE for patients to wait...patients should not be stockpiled in their cars, at anytime, never mind in excessive heat/humidity.
