It's a specialty office, I wouldn't expect same day appointments, but sometimes she can pull it off! I wouldn't trust anyone else. I always call Greenwich and speak to the girls at the desk never have I encountered anyone rude, at times they may sound stressed, but given the chance they can make your experience great.
