My first appointment and intake was smooth, professional and punctual. I couldn't find the building right away but I went off a google photo and realized the numbers on the building were as clear as day! It's just pushed back into the street with the parking in the front. I had also booked an appointment for my twelve year old daughter for the same day and the staff was extremely patient with her and her fear of needles. More consolation there than from me the parent so I am impressed. I am 30 and never in my life has a doctor been and diligent in the craft of an intake. She checked off all the boxes and had no problem fulfilling my requests for bloodwork to check any major organ/deficiencies. He office has all covid mandates in place from masks to sanitizers and social distancing in place. Even with all the protocols Dr. Fortt did not discuss covid 19 or a vaccine which I appreciate because that is a personal boundary right now for most people! The office is slightly outdated but CLEAN and comfortable and as a woman in the industry she is the only doctor within her office and I respect and commend her establishment. Dr. Fortt is now our primary care physician and although I hope to be in good health and not have the need to see her often, I know she will be there when I need her. read more

I am 33 years old. I now have my mom and teen daughter going to see Dr fortt as well. Even though she is busy and a 1 woman show in her office, none of the appointments feel rushed. We are heard, considered and seen to accordingly. We don't wait too long to get things going in terms of referrals. Even things my past provider overlooked and considered me "too young for". Whenever there is some results to be translated Dr. Fortt takes her time to explain, and it never sounds like a nuisance or inconvenience for her. She likes when we understand what's going on.
