The staff is not overly friendly but still helpful. I've worked with Dr. Tilton the most. He is very gentle, understanding, and communicative of the process. I do wish he gave more possible solutions for me to try to alleviate the problem. I've worked with Dr. Neubauer once before and he too was very nice. He was a little less communicative during the process but he did give me a possible solution to try so that was good. I would recommend these doctors to others. I may try to find a different doctor if the potential solution does not work but who knows, maybe there really are no good solutions.
