We waited almost an hour after our appointment time, but it all made sense when we got to see the doctor. Dr. B patiently sat with my grandmother for around 2 and a half hours. She asked her a ton of questions about her hearing issues, current hearing aids, and general activity. She is also the only doctor that has ever spoken loudly and clearly enough for my grandmother to understand. She tested my grandmother's hearing in a soundproof booth, and explained in great detail what her issues are and what could be done about them. I should mention that my grandmother is also legally blind (which throws off a lot of medical professionals), but Dr. B taught her how to use her hearing aids by feel, which was amazing! My grandmother got new hearing aids, as well as a tester pair to use for a week while they were being built. We had some personal issues in the interim, so it took a while for us to pick up the new hearing aids, but Dr. B's office was super kind and flexible! We also got to try them for a few weeks at home before we had to pay for them, which we were able to do over the phone. Fair warning that the office is in the basement of an apartment building which is NOT handicap accessible. There is a ramp to get into the building, but there are two or three small steps to get to the office. The office itself is also small, but my grandmother's wheelchair just barely fit in. My grandmother's hearing is much better, and we are very happy with Forest Hills Audiology!

I had 4 appointments within one month which can actually be done twice only by scheduling the breathing test and allergy test for one day, probably the insurance fault but I'm not sure. The overnight staff at the sleep test hurt my face by pulling the testing kits so hard and ripped my face skin to bleed. When I told her she just said " oh, you have a sensitive skin". but not a single sorry. She needs to be careful or she might get the clinic sue. He referred me to a pain management specialist and he was amazing. He gave treatments that helped with my pain for over a year along with PT unfortunately my body didn't the tolerate as accepted but not as long as it should've. Just started with Dr. Rosenberg since late last year. This office is the traditional setup where…read morethe Dr will listen and talk to you. They do not book appts on top of each other where the Dr spare you mere seconds or pass you off to their PA(s). I've only been here 2 x so far and Dr. Rosenberg have been very attentative. The staff ( person that draws blood/ekg, etc) were different both time so this a negative if they are constantly changing staff. The one challenge with this office is no one answers the phone. you must leave a message for a call back. But in order ot leave message, you must listen through a very looooong recorded message where they run thru all of the options "true emergency" "ambulance number" "oncall doctor number", etc. etc. The leave a message option is alllllllll the way at the end of the recording. This becomes a huge problem where you have to sit on the phone. Frankly it is very time consuming to even have to make a call these days or play phone tags. Most dr office have email address where you can simply email. here is is fax or snailmail. Hope email option can be implemented soon. Appts can be made thru zocdoc so this is helpful!

He has taken care of me since I'm 45 years old when I went to him I was in poor shape he helped me back to vitality . He discovered that I was diabetic and has helped me ever since I have been in several accidents and even had pneumonia as to which Dr Weinstein cared enough to come and visit me at the hospital . Even when I was in a motorcycle accident and he found out that I was in the hospital for that he came and saw me he came and saw me at the rehab I was in recovering from the motorcycle accident in my opinion he is the most terrific doctor and if you're lucky enough to go to this man he will help you better than any other primary health care physician you will ever meet . His courteous staff and his wife are very efficient and professional and Dr Weinstein takes his time to explain your illness and what you should do about it and the prescriptions that he prescribes truly help you he knows exactly who to send you to if it's a situation that you need endocrinologist or pulmonologist or any other needs he will send you to the right orthopedic doctor he will recommend the right cardiologist he's most fantastic doctor just recently he sent me to the correct ear doctor in which this doctor remove the wax build up in my ears from construction work then he gave me a hearing test he completely relieved my hearing loss and was so efficiently professional it blew my mind .
