Signed in, and then proceeded to wait in the lobby for 47 minutes. Not a single person came to tell us what was going on. We're now 32 minutes past our appt. and sitting there like idiots waiting. But that's not the worst part. I sent an email to them to complain about this, and the owner comes back with excuses instead of an apology. When I pointed this out to her, she basically tells me that she doesn't want any further communication from me. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere more professional. I don't know who this owner "Debbie" is, but I don't think she knows the first thing about customer service. I will take my business somewhere else. After many years of using them I don't forgive rudeness and such unprofessionalism. They don't deserve your money either, go somewhere else where you'll be treated more courteously.

Had a 3 year warranty on the aids, including care for them. First year checkup, old owner did hearing check and no charge. Next year. New owner wants another $70(ish) for the hearing test. No thanks. They suck and can keep their service. They don't have the best interest of a customer in mind. Pretty sure it's industry standard to keep up with the patient and product for at least the warranty period. They failed.

Crawford and Washburn were extremely supportive, even with my being a new patient. The staff treated me professionally, and everyone had the "health care attitude" you want in a provider. Dr. Crawford administered my hearing test and really took the time to explain the process to me, as well as the results. I feel like she is new to being a doctor, but she did so well, I am sure she will have a brilliant career ahead of her.

When I was visiting, I found she couldn't sync one of her hearing aids to her phone. I called the business and they seem nice on the phone so I thought I'd give a try to see if they they could help. I told them we could only sync one of the two hearing aids and then went in to see if they could solve the situation. They told me it would be $40. This struck me as poor service for the very expensive product they provided but I decided it would be worth to make the hearing aids fully usefull. After 20 minutes they told me only one could be synced because she had lost one and replaced it (through the insurance she had paid for). They'd given her one that could not sync with the other. It strikes me that they had not fulfilled their contract at this point because they had not replaced the lost one with one that was as functional. In any case, though they had provided a faulty replacement product and couldn't help me they Informed me it was still their policy charge $40 for doing absolutely nothing to resolve problems with the faulty product they had provided.

Kerri is a wonderful audiologist. She is warm, caring, and personal. She takes the time to get to know you, and genuinely listens to your concerns. Devices can be difficult to get used to, and it can take time to find out the best fit for each patient. However, Calvert Hearing Care's exceptional patient care makes things as easy as possible. As someone who has struggled with hearing loss most of her life, I highly recommend this practice to find an individualized solution for your needs.

She is wonderful! She is educated and handles complex patients without turning them away, and even does many of her procedures in-office now whereas years ago I had to do outpatient day surgery. I trust her, and since she has worked on me so many times I have recommended her to friends and even my partner sees her now for his snoring (I also sent his brother to her for a similar issue and he loved her too and had the procedure done very quickly). The only downside is the stuff you see with most large practices these days: TERRIBLE patient portals (why do they make these things so awful - even the doctors complain about them!), playing telephone with a bunch of receptionists and MA's so by the time a nurse or your doc calls you back the actual message is completely different and they're confused, and booking out appointments with an extended wait time to see YOUR doctor vs. whomever is available all over the state when you need to see them for an emergency (though that last bit is a little better now as she is once again able to set aside time for emergency patients and you can get an appt. within 2 weeks vs. many months if you have, say, an ear infection or something). There are also weird billing issues between wherever their billing center - which may be outsourced now, I dunno - and communications between the offices. Also, if you need to contact the office outside of normal business hours they do have on-call docs who rotate, but getting through to the answering service can take forever. However, if you need a good ENT with a great sense of humor, who is not afraid of working with patients with rare diseases, chronic illnesses, etc. who has one of the best bedside manners I've ever experienced, Dr. Bryan is who you should go see. Plus she also takes Medicare if that is something you require - though make sure to check first as I'm not sure if they still accept NEW patients with Medicare after all the changes in 2025.

All in all a huge disappointment not only in the office staff but the PA as well.
