The people could not have been nicer. They replaced the fiber that connects the hearing aid to the ear piece, and the ear piece as well. They cleaned the other hearing aid, and also cleaned the contacts on the charging case. The cost was a very modest $15.00. They noticed that one of the hearing aids didn't seem to be charging correctly. They told us what to watch out for, and that the hearing aid was still under warranty so if there is a problem with the charging circuitry, it would be fixed at no cost. Delightful people and great service!

Alex performed the hearing test, updated my devices changing the EQ in each ear to nearly flat. I didn't notice it right away, and I travel and it took me weeks to get back and I suffered greatly not hearing people and constantly asking my peers, family and friends to repeat what they said. I realized how valuable my devices really were having them not performing optimally. I finally had a chance to schedule a follow up appointment and Erik met me at the door and was able to fix the programming which is now outstanding in fact better than ever. With Erik at this location, then I and other customers in this area will be very pleased and return often. He took time to understand how I perceive hearing and he has the ability like Shannon in Lake Worth to tweak the devices for a better than ever program that meets my unique requirements, not just load the system generated program.
