The people could not have been nicer. They replaced the fiber that connects the hearing aid to the ear piece, and the ear piece as well. They cleaned the other hearing aid, and also cleaned the contacts on the charging case. The cost was a very modest $15.00. They noticed that one of the hearing aids didn't seem to be charging correctly. They told us what to watch out for, and that the hearing aid was still under warranty so if there is a problem with the charging circuitry, it would be fixed at no cost. I have bought from Connect Hearing since I started wearing h.aids. I've looked around at other hearing aid companies but it isn't easy to get info in the first place then the plan packages are always confusing or a hassle. Connect Hearing is straight forward.
