The people could not have been nicer. They replaced the fiber that connects the hearing aid to the ear piece, and the ear piece as well. They cleaned the other hearing aid, and also cleaned the contacts on the charging case. The cost was a very modest $15.00. They noticed that one of the hearing aids didn't seem to be charging correctly. They told us what to watch out for, and that the hearing aid was still under warranty so if there is a problem with the charging circuitry, it would be fixed at no cost. My first appointment with Dr. John was the most thorough and well explained I've ever had. Subsequent visits were the annual manufacture's quality check. When they were returned, she made effective adjustments. Next week I'll start my 81st trip around the Sun (I'm 79). My suggestion to anyone seeking help with their hearing issues.
