The people could not have been nicer. They replaced the fiber that connects the hearing aid to the ear piece, and the ear piece as well. They cleaned the other hearing aid, and also cleaned the contacts on the charging case. The cost was a very modest $15.00. They noticed that one of the hearing aids didn't seem to be charging correctly. They told us what to watch out for, and that the hearing aid was still under warranty so if there is a problem with the charging circuitry, it would be fixed at no cost. Delightful people and great service!

When they were returned, she made effective adjustments. Next week I'll start my 81st trip around the Sun (I'm 79). My suggestion to anyone seeking help with their hearing issues. I understand that is not everyone's experience, but this was mine, and now it is a battle of who can provide me a referral for the care I need. The physician I saw stated they didn't do referrals, and I could get that from the original referring physician who referred me to the Dallas Ear Institute. I don't know what the next step is now, and if I just need to spend more money (making another appointment with them) to get a referral. I just wish they wouldn't take advantage of patients finances and time.
