They were courteous, respectful, very quick and thorough. They repaired my Subaru, worked with the insurance company ( the value of the quote) and made it look as if nothing had happened to it. They even detailed inside of my car and replaced the cover on the driver side seat that I told them that would pay out of pocket for because it was not part of the accident but they fixed it anyways with no charge. Steven Litwin is the shop Foreman and handled everything professionally and was very pleasant to work with. I hope my car is never damaged again but if it is it will only go to Steben's.

Monday they ordered my parts and had my car DONE by Wednesday at 1:30pm. They offered text message or phone calls with updates on the status of my car while it was being worked. They even gave me a goody bag that i can hook onto the back of my seat and reuse! It was filled with mints, a water bottle, and brochure. My car looks better than it did the day i bought it! Personal Intimidation and Coercion by Company President: When I attempted to address the issues…read moreregarding the unnecessary and unauthorized impoundment of my truck and trailer, I was confronted by this President, Mr. Joseph Vassallo. Mr. Vassallo confronted me, a 66-year-old man, in a combative stance with clenched fists, stating, "If you ever talk to my help like that again, we are going to have a problem. This aggressive and threatening behavior, based on an apparent exaggeration by their employee Robbin, demonstrates a severe pattern of hostile and unprofessional conduct. This physical intimidation by the company's President was not an isolated employee error but represents corporate policy and culture emanating from the highest level of your organization. Mr. Vassallo's conduct was designed to, and did, create a hostile environment that prevented me from exercising my legitimate consumer rights to dispute unauthorized charges and demand correction of defective work. This intimidation tactic, combined with the cash-only demand and threats of trespassing and , demonstrates a calculated pattern of suppressing consumer complaints through fear and coercion.

The chairs were pretty comfortable given the situation, and a show on ion was playing on the waiting room tv, although I didn't really watch it. After Midas completed work on my car, I noticed that the key insert on my key fob was missing. I…read morealerted them right away. They looked around. One employee helped look through my car. They promised to continue looking and would contact me if they do or don't find my key. I called the next morning to see if they made any progress finding my key. The manager, Carlos, who was not present on the day of the incident, proceeded to explain to me how the key goes in and out of the fob like I don't know how to work my own key fob. I informed him that the key was inserted in the fob when I handed it over to the young lady working the front desk. Carlos then goes through their process of handling keys and told me there is no way his staff lost my key. I repeated to him again that the key was present in the fob when i handed it over. He insisted again that they did not lose my key as if it is not possible for his staff to make a mistake. So, if you choose to go here, just know that they will not take responsibility when they make a mistake.
