They were courteous, respectful, very quick and thorough. They repaired my Subaru, worked with the insurance company ( the value of the quote) and made it look as if nothing had happened to it. They even detailed inside of my car and replaced the cover on the driver side seat that I told them that would pay out of pocket for because it was not part of the accident but they fixed it anyways with no charge. Steven Litwin is the shop Foreman and handled everything professionally and was very pleasant to work with. I hope my car is never damaged again but if it is it will only go to Steben's.

Then Dan stepped in. Once he learned what had happened, he and his team buffed, polished, and repaired several spots on my bumper, and they did it all at no charge. The bumper looks great, and you'd never know it had been damaged. Thank you Dan! If you need bodywork, go see these folks. You won't find a better shop or better people.

The evil dealer who originally delivered my new car years ago damaged the paint job, did a shoddy repair and I didn't know until it was too late. After my partner mushed the front of the car it was time for a serious facelift. This repair came right out of my pocket, meaning no insurance coverage, and Jeff S. quoted me a price I could live with. He reused anything he could and explained things clearly. The majority of the bill was labor and let me tell you, the car looks like it was labored over with great care. I am happy to give the highest recommendation to this fine local business.

Even though my repair took several days longer than expected due to the dealer sending either damaged or wrong parts (2 separate incidents actually - a pox on the dealer), it was worth the wait. They did an excellent job repairing the front end, matching the paint color and got a 4-wheel alignment (not just the front end). They communicated with me through out the whole process and even kept the car a couple of extra days when the completion coincided with a business trip (I was getting on the plane when news came that it was ready). I'm very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing body work. Seeing that they detailed the interior was an unexpected bonus! Thanks for doing a great job!
