We started with the Carciofi Alla Romana (Roman-Style artichokes, oven-baked with lemon, Parmesan, white wine & basil). Then came my pasta dilemma: spicy Penne Arrabbiata which had a Spicy tomato sauce with garlic (safe bet) or Linguine Al Pesto Verde with dry tomatoes, fresh zucchini, homemade pesto verde, confit lemon & pine nuts (tasty risk). I chose the latter and let me tell you, that Linguine might just be the best pasta I've ever had in my life! SERIOUSLY, and I've had plenty. The only tragedy, is I was so full I couldn't finish, and my hotel wasn't equipped with a fridge or microwave to let me relive the magic via leftovers . We wrapped the night with strawberry sorbet and the Crema Al Limone, sweet, tangy, and the perfect finale. So if nothing more, here's a reminder to stop playing it safe, "travel is to LIVE!"

Fortunately or unfortunately, we were not aware tonight was a special night in Paris and most road were closed and Taxi were not able to come into the hotel to pick (White night and a demonstration). We walked and landed in "Le Rusti" restaurant. No regrets at all. Too value for money! Service staffs - fantastic Food - a very good recommendation from the service staff. We ordered: - ravioli - Meat ball spaghetti (I hated meat ball, but this one really tasted great) Ambient - cosy home feeling Surprise to see that the service staffs, Dan and one of the partner treated the restaurant like their own business. The service staffs have made all the different in this restaurant that I have been in Paris. The worst is restaurant MARBEUF LA TRUFFE MARBEUF despite the food is ok. Will be back...

They make all pasta in-house, offer truffles when in season and beyond their typical menu provide a multitude of specials depending on what's fresh and in season. Beyond the excellent food, their Italian wine list is robust and covers a reasonable price range. Equally important is that's it's a spacious and comfortable restaurant in an otherwise cramped neighborhood of restaurants. I'm a tourist, I know, so like every other tourist Yelp review they seem to always come in at 5 stars, BUT Le Perrone deserves all of them.

The staff here is really excellent and their care for their patrons is apparent. As a vegetarian it can be hard trying to find proper food besides pizza. Our server was extremely helpful and helped adjust menu items to a vegetarian diet. Removing fish or chicken or adding some sauce, he really made sure we had a positive experience. The restaurant is quite cozy and feels like home. Though it does seem a bit older, this just adds to its charm. All in all, I found the food to be really delicious, especially the tagliatelle which he did with sauce and mushrooms minus the meat. The flavor of the food was beautifully balanced. I would definitely recommend this tiny little place to my friends and would guess that the non-veg food is equally as tasty.

It's a bit, modern space with lots of seating and plenty of food and drink options - your typical food hall, but with a nice laid back vibe. We went for pizza and pasta; the former was great and the latter was good but not amazing. I've seen people say they had to queue to get in, but for lunch on a weekday it's just a really nice and pleasant experience with a mix of people enjoying themselves or doing some remote work on their laptops.
