After providing them w the specs for my order, everything was produced exactly as I wanted. They even offered to ship materials for me if that would help -- something the other vendor didn't offer. All have been friendly, helpful, and professional as they guided me through details like types of paper stock and finishes. Somehow the quality has gone down, while the prices have gone up (no free shipping for orders over…read more$100, for instance). Several months ago I ordered a large framed print of a high resolution digital image (65 MB) that I bought from/off of alamy.com. The saturation was inadequate, resulting in a print that did not match the intense coloration (sapphire blues and deep orange yellows) of Van Gogh's "Starry Night" (MOMA). Then a month ago I ordered a smaller canvas print. The colors diverged wildly from the original digital print, almost different hues for the sky. The image is blurred, as if some photo-mechanical problem had occurred in the production process. Furthermore, there is a conspicuous fold in the lower left where the frame bar had creased it (see photo). This was quite careless on the part of whoever either stretched the canvas to the wooden bars or packed it. For the price I paid for a single image, I could have bought a nice coffee table art book with plenty of high quality images. Very disappointed. I contacted the owner but never heard back from him. ***** Where to go? Northwest Fine Art Printing? Moonlight?

Then he asked for the order number which I did not have as I ordered on Canva. Old glasses guy started yelling at me rather than helping for no reason, he did not want to help me and started servicing the other client besides me. I told him to chill out, I'm a client he is an employee don't give me this attitude. Today I visited your FedEx Office location to pick up an order under my name. I walked in, gave my ID, and started giving my order number. The employee kept asking me for the number even though he had already been holding my ID for about two minutes. The email from Canva clearly states: "1. Tell a storeperson you're collecting a Canva order. 2. Bring this email as proof of purchase. 3. Orders are held for 30 days." I showed the email, but instead of helping me, the glasses guy gave me attitude and started raising his voice, getting nervous and impatient. I told him calmly to chill out -- I'm the customer, and his job is to help, not scold people. Then another employee, Casey, jumped in and immediately became verbally aggressive. He raised his voice, put his hands up in front of me, and escalated the situation for no reason. It got to a point where I felt the need to start recording just to protect myself. As soon as I started filming, Casey said he wouldn't give me my order while I was recording and went to the back of the store. I kept asking for the manager's name, number, and for my order so I could leave. After I stopped recording, Casey finally came back out, asked for my name, and handed me the order. Turns out the order was already under my name and didn't require any number at all -- meaning I was yelled at by two employees for absolutely no reason. This behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unnecessary. I'm requesting that this incident be reviewed, and I would like the store manager or district manager to contact me regarding appropriate action so situations like this don't happen to other customers.

After getting greeted by the man behind the counter I explained what I was looking for. He pulled out a book of pricing, pointed at a table of costs and rattled off a few other prices as well. It was hard to discern what my final cost would be, and I tried asking but he didn't really try to make it easy for me to understand. I was hoping he would be able to give me an exact quote for what I was looking for, but he didn't seem like he really cared to do that. My whole experience felt rushed like he didn't want to take the time to get my business. Regardless, from what it sounded like it would be been more than $1/card with no room for savings no matter how many more I got printed.

I called almost a dozen companies, nobody would even come out to measure the sign or give me a quote without paying them a lot of money. Pay for a quote? You can't be serious. Mike came out lickety split and measured the sign and got back to me with a quote. My sign looks GORGEOUS (I will attach pics) and the price was totally reasonable. 2. I got some client feedback that they couldn't find us upstairs, and one of the businesses near me closed, so I had the perfect chance to jump on their sign space so people walking in the building could find us. Naturally, I emailed Mike and Matt right away. They came out and measured the sign and got back to me with a quote WITHOUT EVEN BUGGING ME OR SAYING ANYTHING THEY JUST DID IT WOW. Again, looks great, price was totally do-able (and I'm a tiny business, so if I can afford them, you can, too) I'd never even consider using any other sign company. Not ever.

Just 6 miles from my house I'm always willing to make the 20 min drive for a great cocktail, a great meal, or in this case, great signs! With a variety of options and materials you can get a sign printed or made for your storefront, you can get large posters printed up and you can even get your car wrapped in a sign! What a fantastic and efficient way to attract people to a local business. After getting some stuff printed here I'd be hard pressed to go anywhere else. Everyone was super friendly and the job was superb. Who knew you someone could be so excited about signs?!
