Initially i was impressed with the service i was getting, had a nice chat with Elium. He agreed to prioritize the DTF print i needed. I was stoked, hoping i found a good vendor close, well it won't be these guys. I sent a 400dpi transparent PNG, ready to go! Looks like the white underprint pulled a bit causing a drip outside of the graphic. Called them about it not about the money but on principle after i was told so proudly who they do work for and was absolutely shocked at how the conversation played out. I got played for pennies. Basically he couldn't get passed the idea of it being on his end, cop-out statement. "I didn't create the file" so regardless of how the file was i sent this guy his arrogance was going to be in the way, he took zero responsibility for what was clearly a printer malfunction. You can see by the photo the inconsistent white underprint and the registration that is off, POOP. I had run a bulk of the project with a company overseas and was not happy due to some minor banding slight registration issues. At the end of the conversation, he said he could see where the problem really was. I don't want to make this into a bigger deal than it is but i'd look for other options because if they drop the ball you're eating it. Manilla Clothing does an amazing job and has awesome customer service with 24/7 pickup. I worth the extra little drive i guess.

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. Had that conversation happened, potential sizing or formatting issues may have been caught early. I was told on Monday that the banner would be ready for pickup on Wednesday, and my file was reviewed and said to look fine. However, five days after the original promised date, I was told the file needed to be reformatted. I had left messages checking on the status but didn't receive a callback. I eventually spoke with Lynn, who was kind and arranged delivery since I couldn't pick it up. When the banner arrived, the quality was below what I've experienced with other vendors, and it was delivered without a cardboard tube, which caused bends and wrinkles along one side. Because this was meant for photos, the creasing was very noticeable and made it unusable for its intended purpose. I appreciate that everyone was polite and that delivery was provided. I'm hopeful FastSigns will reach out and find a way to make this right.
