I've been familiar with MinuteClinic for years since I used to work at CVS and have gone to then…read moreseveral times in the past. This review is for my visit yesterday on 2/5/17. I haven't been feeling well for a while and yesterday I hit a new low. I hadn't thought about going anywhere until I stopped by CVS to pickup some prescriptions. I noticed there was next to no wait at the MinuteClinic and decided to sign in. The sign in process was easy and it was great to see that you can now schedule your appointment and save your place in line without waiting. I was greeted by the nurse practitioner named Danielle. She listened to all of my concerns and was super friendly with a great bedside manner. Within about 10 minutes (would have been less if I wasn't so talkative) she figured out the problem and sent the prescription right away to the pharmacy onsite. It was an easy transaction and I am grateful for the convenience during a time where I truly felt terrible and would not have wanted to wait hours to be seen. I highly recommend it. If you're wondering how long the wait will be, check out their site and be sure to reserve your space in line!

I made a careless mistake and devastatingly cut my thumb. My dreams of becoming a hand model were…read morecut down, literally. As a man who avoids medical treatment and relies on brute masculinity to get by, the threshold for visiting an urgent care for a wound is high. After losing approximately 99% of my total blood capacity (give or take), it was determined that stitches were unavoidable. My wife wouldn't let me use the staple gun to perform the procedure myself, so off to urgent care we went. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by how remarkably clean and modern the office looked. After just a couple of minutes for registration and another couple of minutes in the waiting room, I was called back by a very pleasant medical assistant - I believe her name was Nicole (I'm not 100% sure because I couldn't read her badge because I had something in my eyes, definitely not tears) who was patient and kind even though I wasn't quite myself that day and may have been a bit short with her, possibly due to the nearly complete loss of blood. She efficiently cleansed the wound and prepped everything for the PA, Rachel, who seemed equally pleasant. Rachel explained what her approach was going to be and assured me that this, in fact, a major major injury. Though I told her that the pain medication wasn't necessary, she numbed the thumb and put in 6 stitches. She then cleaned everything up and gave pretty clear instructions for the aftercare. I think that it is important to note that my wife complimented Rachel's suturing technique and thought she did a great job. My experience at the Milford Regional Urgent Care in Medway was surprisingly excellent from start to finish...even though I was only there for a total of 45 minutes. As a man who is slow to seek medical care, I would definitely recommend this urgent care, and Nicole and Rachel specifically, for your next major laceration repair.

They have amazing front desk and the waiting time was extremely quick. The staff is helpful and…read moreanswered all my questions, listened to my concerns and made me feel cared for. I love this place and definitely will be coming back!

No workers here to speak of. Grossly understaffed Long wait Will go to urgent care south…read moreBellingham like I usually do in future. I Never waited more than 10 minutes there to be seen. Should have known better after finding out this was part of Reliant. Just told by worker there is never more than one provider here on any day. Certainly just a crapshoot for level of service. Never again here.

They used to be good when they first started- I don't know what went wrong…read more The last time I was there (last October and I would not go back) it stated online that the wait time was 20 mins. It took us 10 mins to get there bc we were already in Milford, and I had to wait 2 hours. Thought I was at the ER for the moment with that wait time. 20 mins versus two hours is unacceptable. Additionally as another reviewer said you wait and pay your copay and you're telling them you have had sinus pain for 3 weeks and the PA says wait another week. Sure bc lets make this sinus infection worse. She told me to take Tylenol and over the counter Flonase even when I told her Sudafed and Advil weren't working. She told me that everyone that had come in that day had similar symptoms and it's a virus. Just guessed at it. Meanwhile I call my allergist he takes a ct scan of my sinuses as it had been a while and I indeed was showing a sinus infection - so he put me on augmentin. I saw this place on the 29th and he got me in on the 31st and said they got this all wrong. Just go to your real primary care physician or specialist as I did in this case. Yes it's easier to just walk in on a weekend when your doctors aren't in - but in the long run you'll be seeing your own dr after your visit here and you'll have paid two co pays at this point. Sad to see this place go downhill like that.

I'd suggest avoiding this place like the plague! We should have visited the CVS Minute Clinic, but…read morethis place is very close, and with a sinus infection brewing, we figured it would be a fast and easy fix. After waiting a significant amount of time, we were finally directed to a physician. The physician conducted a quick exam, during which we shared the symptoms. Upon completion he suggested Ibuprofen and some rest. We requested an antibiotic. My significant other explained that she gets an occasional sinus infection, and an antibiotic clears it up quickly. But he didn't want to prescribe an antibiotic, and said something to the effect that it gets reported to the state. (perhaps the physician is a closet Christian Scientist and believes in healing through prayer and spiritual understanding!). After a lengthy discussion, he finally acquiesced, and we left with a prescription. The front desk didn't ask for a copay, they seemed disorganized. Months after the visit, we started receiving random texts, asking us to pay $45. Were they spam, a phishing text? It was difficult to tell. We assumed a bill would be sent by email or snail mail if a balance was actually due. Numerous more months went by, and we received a collection letter from a collection company for $45. Okay then, I guess we did owe $45. So, we immediately paid that, but would have been happy to pay promptly and directly if we ever received a phone call, a snail mail bill, or an email with the bill. But that's crazy talk! Why would they do something crazy like sending an invoice, or touching base with a patient regarding a bill, or even to check on the results of the visit? Do yourself a favor, avoid "Inconvenient MD", and select a different provider.

They told us they were in network with our insurance, only to have it denied later because they're apparently not actually in network yet and have some dispute over a contract. They were completely unwilling to lower the charges at all, blaming us for not specifically asking our insurance about network coverage and just taking their word for it at the clinic. I would avoid these guys at all costs.
