I think the doctor here was great. But why are the young ladies behind the desk always so grouchy,…read morecurt, and act like they're so put upon . Don't they realize that when you're in this place it's cause you're not feeling well and they are the frontline. They may be efficient but not too pleasant.

Good: 1. Was able to get a walk-in x-ray for my daughter the same day our pediatrician sent over…read morethe order. 2. We were in and out in under 45 minutes. 3. The tech was very professional & kind, and sensitive to a young girl getting x-rays of her lower body. Bad: 1. Receptionist asked me to sign the "Acknowledgment of Receipt Of Privacy Policy" without actually offering me a copy of the privacy policy (total and complete HIPPAA violation). 2. Receptionist was wearing a mask. Small sign on the desk explained that this was because she had opted out of receiving the flu vaccine and thus was wearing a mask during flu season to protect patients per R.I. state law. Fine. However, mask was only covering her mouth, NOT nose. This does ZERO to protect anyone.

Very Rude... the two phlebotomists were upset because I was too early and did not have an…read moreappointment, mind you it's a walk-in lab in which you have the option to wait or make the appointment. As I was in the bathroom collecting my specimen the lady yelled "you only have one minute ". She reiterated the whole time I didn't have an appointment and she took me in as curtesy and that for future reference I should know these things. As I was leaving they started talking loudly about my presence in the office saying "they always send them ". I guess she was referring to the school that sent me for the test. It was a horrible experience I recom not going to this facility in Cumberland, RI.
