I referred my friend to Dr. Paige Carambio, at C&C Psychological Services in the Cummings Center. Having consulted with Paige on a number of professional issues, I know her to be a calm, level-headed sounding board. I knew that Paige would do whatever it took to help my friend and her daughter during a tough time. From their first meeting with Paige, my friend and her daughter both felt totally at ease. They were able to schedule the evaluation right away and the report they received was straightforward and very helpful. However, the office and automated system they are using is unacceptable. The phone is never answered by a live person. Ever. It is only leaving voicemails and text messages as a response. After years of problems, I finally voiced a complaint and was met with a sassy text message once again denying accountability. This is after many times going without my medication and several incidents including charging me out of pocket for the full cost of my appointments for weeks without notifying me that my insurance was no longer accepted. When I attempted to ask for accountability I was blamed as well as blame shifting to MassHealth. I ended up after trying to fight it for weeks on end, paying in full. I was told it was easy and simple, just get compensated by my insurance. I fought them for weeks and over a year later still have not been compensated. The other positive reviews are very old, the company must have changed a lot. Not only is the office incompetent and rude, but there is only street parking. If you can find another option, I highly recommend going elsewhere.

From Judith Johnson, Ben Johnson to Lizzie Olmsted, it was just the worst experience and a very sad reality when I think about mental health providers. I reached out to Judith (never heard from her) reached out to Ben j (more than once) and he did replied while after and "apologized" explaining how the clinic was working on "fixing communication" but it never got any better. No one ever called me even though I left MULTIPLE messages and the reply was an email from Lizzie that fixed nothing! I am sure not all providers are the same, but my experience was garbage and unacceptable. If you need counseling, struggling with mental health THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!! If the administration, office manager, CEO can not assist with something so simple...just reassures this is not a place that will think about anyones well being (knowing how important and delicate is when someone is struggling with mental health issues and reaches out for help).
