I try not to visit here, but when I need to be here, I'm glad it's here. While my idiotic self is out there getting injured, the ReadyMed crew are here to handle the urgent care aspects of getting life back in order. The nurses, NPs, and PAs have been nothing less than fantastic. Wait time varies, of course, depending on the demand. It's a lot cheaper than going to the ER. read more

This review is specifically for my experience 4/17/26 with Dr. Hoang H Trinh. The nurse and doctor we saw were made for what they do. I rushed my precious 14 month old in due to high fever with fast breathing and we were cared for quickly from time of check-in. The nurse was so kind and diligent checking him. We then had a little wait until the doctor came in and my son was not having it and was crying loud enough to be heard the room over. I finally got him calmed, and when Dr. Trinh came in he approached tactfully as he knew he had just recovered from the big melt down. He was soo calm and gentle and was able to diagnose my son's pneumonia quickly. I wish every pediatric appointment would be this swift and accurate. I am so grateful for my son's care! read more

I was a patient at this facility last night, I was seen roughly around 7:30. The secretary was very nice and accommodating, in addition to the NP. The only complaint I have is involving the woman who initially called me in (perhaps an assistant, older woman with glasses). This woman has no filter, it was like she was speaking all of her thoughts out loud, she made very snarky insulting comments to me, it made me super uncomfortable. I found it very inappropriate of her to share her unsolicited opinion of me, and others. I would recommend training her on how to speak to patients professionally. read more

I went to ReadyMed in Auburn today and they were incredibly professional, helpful and accommodating. They were also caring and respectful, and the time wait was not long for me in the early afternoon. Glad I decided to go to this one. read more

What is the point of the ReadyMED website if it doesn't give you accurate updates/alerts about each location? I wasted my morning arriving at the ReadyMED in Auburn right when they opened, only to be surprised by a sign plastered on the wall indicating that they don't have X-ray services (the exact OPPOSITE of what their website states). Nowhere online was there a message that the x-ray in Auburn was down, or that that service is not available everyday. I ended up having to leave to go to another location, at which point there was over an hour wait. Me being proactive in getting to Auburn right when they opened made no difference, as by the time I got to another location it was 10am and the lobby was full of people. Beyond irritating! read more

I give RM Auburn 3 stars because their staff was wonderful. So nice and friendly when they could have been brusque and cold. And I did get what I came there for, albeit 4 hours later. What bugged me most was the signage inside the facility was poor. The check-in computer sign was blocked by a "masks required" sign, so I had no idea where to go to check in. And the bathroom sign was blocked by a fixture of some sort, so I didn't know where the bathroom was for a minute. When you have 15 or so people sitting there watching you, it would be nice to just have some visible signs so you don't provide free entertainment for the room. read more

My 2 year old daughter had an ear infection that showed up at 7:45pm. My wife called and asked if they could see her if we arrived by 8pm. The phone rep said if we could check in by 8pm then we could be seen. I literally got to the door at 8:01pm and the doors were locked. I waited outside for a few minutes holding my daughter until a young man opened the door. I let him know that my daughter had an ear infection and asked if she could please be seen, but he said, "I'm sorry. All of our physicians have left." This was literally 4 minutes after closing time with a dozen cars still in the parking lot. Nobody had walked out the door since I arrived at 8:01pm. There is no way that "all the physicians had left." I was polite and asked if he knew of any other places besides an emergency room that were open past 8 and he advised to maybe check other urgent care facilities. It would have been less angering to me if he had just said, "We shut down our systems already and can't boot them back up." But to blatantly lie and say everybody had left when there were a dozen cars in the parking lot and I could see people behind the desk in the physicians area was ridiculous. Not cool man. This is the second time I use the place and they got it wrong. Last year I brought elderly mom with sinus infections they gave her no antibiotics just steroids. By the time Monday rolled a round she was in the hospital with pneumonia The steroids shut down her immune system and allowed the infection move from her head to her lungs as well. Her ER doctor was discussed with the treatment she had been given and told us right out they made her worse. The second visit was for a simple case of poison ivy. They could not even get that right. Told me my elderly Mom had scabies. Having had scabies a child that had scabies once I new there was no way my elderly Mom who has been around no one and gone no place could have come in contact with scabies. We left readymed went to ER yes sat for hours doc looked at it said poison ivy and sent us home with what to do. ADVOID THIS PLACE spend the time and extra money and go to a real doctor or hospital it may save your life. read more

I have been using Auburn for several visits this summer do to the location shake-ups through Reliant. I have found everyone welcoming, understanding & professional. They have done a great job via my various illness & getting them on the road to being resolved. I have confidence in the processes chosen & care I recieved. I got paperwork during yesterday visit & a referral to an Auburn practice to get back established into a practice as I get this current illness resolved. I wish the waits weren't hr+, but it is what it is. read more

We visited the ready med in Auburn today. We received good care and what seems to be an accurate diagnosis. Very much a positive. On the downside the service was a little slow. I think less chatting amongst the personnel and more focus on patient care would serve them well. read more

We have gone here many times on the weekends instead of enduring the emergency room wait. They accept a lot of insurances and you check in on a computer by leaving a brief description of what's wrong and are put in the line by your phone number. There is also a screen that shows you what number you are in line. They do X-rays and basic things here and it is a great alternative to the emergency room if you have a non life threatening issue. read more

Wait time is crazy. Third in line and have been waiting over an hour. If Reliant is going to force you to come to these places because you can't get in to see your primary care Dr for weeks, they need to have more Drs available. Our time is valuable too. Not acceptable. read more

I am a registered nurse in CT. My 18 year old daughter attends college in MA. She called me stated she was vomiting all day and had diarrhea. I had intended on driving up after work and just change out her bedding and give her fluids. When I arrived, she looked awful, had a fever and was still vomiting. I immediately got her in the car to bring her home. She continued to vomit in car and my husband found an urgent care in Auburn, MA. I checked in just about 7:15 pm- entered in my daughters symptoms in the kiosk and sat down. We were number 10. At 8:30 someone came out to register me. She could not verify my insurance. I asked about calling the customer service number, she refused and said I can pay cash. I asked if I can try to call the number as I have never had a problem with United Health before. She agreed. A few minutes later she returned to the desk with a provider who stood over me with his hands folded across his chest and told me they were closed. I explained to him that I had been waiting close to 90 minutes with my daughter who was sick. He said she would need IV fluids and they did not have any more fluids. He then said he had seen his last patient and we would need to leave. I asked him why no one came out to the desk to inform me that we would not be able to be seen and that they were apparently out of IV fluids - when it is obvious that is what my daughter would need. He replied that I did not ask for IV fluids when I entered in my daughters symptoms in the kiosk. I did not realize that the patients entered their own orders at urgent cares. He said I could have free texted my request with her symptoms in the kiosk. I was absolutely dumbfounded. While I am frustrated that I wasted close to 2 hours which was a delay in care, I am happy that the staff there did not treat my daughter. They seem to be dishonest and have no compassion or bedside manner. I recommend going anywhere else besides ReadyMed in Auburn Mass. PS My daughter was so dehydrated she received 3 liters of fluids, and electrolytes at 11pm when she was finally seen by a very caring, efficient staff. I understand that we were late arriving to the facility, but it is unacceptable to have someone wait in the waiting room for almost 90 minutes and then register them and then turn them away - this is valuable time when you are sick. They were inconsistent in their rationale of why they would not treat my daughter ( insurance, out of IV fluids, length of time, they were now closed etc..) and they were rude, inpatient and unprofessional. I recommend not bringing anyone you care about to this facility. read more

Very poor communication+ documentation amongst caregivers so that that one doesn't know what the previous provider at this facility discussed/reported in the previous recent visit for same illness to the patient. Provider demeaning +condescending during my 3rd visit for continued breathing difficulties, excessive, painful coughing that is impeding sleep, wheezing, weakness, headache, fever, copius nasal discharge. Scolded today by provider that pneumonia takes time to heal, ...point is, was never informed that I had pneumonia, in fact, PA 3days ago told me Xray showed no sign of pneumonia. She or anyone there neglected to call me the following 3 days to tell me the radioligist who read the xray a little later felt differently + saw pneumonia on that Xray.......this i was informed today by PA after being demeaned for not giving pneumonia time to clear. I had been up past 3 nights coughing+ wheezing away, unable to catch breath at times, my PCP was booked till next Wed +so i asked for a referral to Redymed Reliant healthcare, 20 min from my home. What a messup of communication. Despite reporting it and seeing it written as an allergy in my paperwork given to me, today's provider did not know I had adverse reaction to antibiotic they ordered + I had been started on another. I told this in my last visit to the medical assistant who signed me in and did vitals and to tha PA during the exam. Yet today's practioner told me this info does not show up in their notes they review but in another area in medical record. Doesn't a clinician review the brief patient 3 visit history there in entirety to know what's going on? This info aboyt adverse reaction to antbiotic was in printout I received but today's provider said she didnt know. READYMED NEEDS TO IMPROVE ON communicating proper test results to patient with the proper diagnosis, document accurately so one provider knows what the other is doing and telling the patient, NOT START /DEMEANING/INSULTING THE PATIENT BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS. SO MUCH VERBAL UNCALLED FOR ANGUISH COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED TODAY. She did apologize after learning she jumped to incorrect assumptions about me. There is much for Readymed to correct: its reporting of test results, its documentation of patient visits, communication amongst the providers and their bedside manner with the patient. read more
