This was my 2nd visit to this urgent care clinic. The first time was good. This time - not so much…read more Long story short, I ended up testing positive for Covid. The doctor or nurse practitioner - whatever she is - last name Weaver - came into the room and after I said hello she responded with "you have Covid" in a monotone voice. No warmth, compassion or kindness. She told me she was sending 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy. Didn't tell me what they were or how to use them. Then she told me she would be sending me an email of something - I couldn't understand her mumbling under the mask, but I never received it. Didn't offer remedies to help me feel better. No discharge instructions. Nothing. As if I didn't feel bad enough - physically and emotionally about having Covid, this woman made me feel pretty shitty. I can't recommend this place anymore. I certainly won't be returning. I'm giving them 1 star because the front desk people and the tech that took my vitals and administered my tests were all friendly.

This is a really good urgent care so I wanted to share for those with little ones or for yourself…read more On every occasion that I have been to this location the staff is always friendly and they really try to get you in and out while diagnosing you quickly. They make you feel welcome which I think is nice as usually urgent care centers may come across a bit rude. I have also been able to put my PCP information and they are able to view what occurred on any visit outside of their care, and I really enjoy that because I may not firsthand know what the exact prescription, if provided one.

I wouldn't trust my health or the health of a loved one to this facility…read more I brought a family member here hoping to get quality care without a wait - since they were ill. The first thing they pushed for was a Covid test even though Advil had effectively haunted the symptoms they were experiencing. No further tests were performed. Just here is a Z - pack and GOOD LUCK, "Friend". The Nurse Practitioner will give you her card and tell you to feel free to call or text her if you have any concerns or need further assistance. She won't respond if you call her.At least she didn't when we reached out several times. Fortunately we were seen by the medical staff at Memorial Hermann, because a potentially life-threatening condition was overlooked. Lesson learned: When it comes to your health don't just trust anyone - especially when their standard of care and practices are not closely monitored.

I genuinely wish I could give this place ZERO stars because this was one of the most disrespectful…read moreand dehumanizing experiences I've ever had in a healthcare setting. I walked into this urgent care facility in REAL pain, simply asking for help verifying my insurance coverage using the member ID on my card something that should be quick and standard at any front desk. Instead of receiving even basic assistance, I was met with a nasty attitude, zero communication, and complete disregard from the front desk employee, Myra. Let me be very clear: Myra was completely unhelpful, dismissive, and showed absolutely no compassion for someone seeking medical attention. She acted like assisting me was an inconvenience, refused to properly verify my information, and made no effort to guide me or even communicate what was going on. No eye contact, no explanation, no empathy just pure rudeness and attitude. What's even more concerning is that Myra is the FIRST point of contact in a medical facility. People come into urgent care scared, in pain, and needing help and THIS is how they're treated? It's honestly alarming. If this is how patients are greeted, I can only imagine how many others have been dismissed or turned away while needing care. I left still in pain, frustrated, and completely disrespected all because Myra couldn't show basic professionalism or human decency. No patient should EVER be made to feel like a burden when they are seeking medical help. If you value your time, your health, or basic respect, DO NOT come to this location. This experience was unacceptable on every level, and management seriously needs to address the behavior of their staff especially Myra because this is not okay. I truly hope leadership sees this and takes immediate action, because no patient deserves to be treated like this.
