I spoke with the Manager at that time and he agreed the Tech should not have done that and said that she would have a credit on her next visit. Well today she goes to return as a loyal customer after being ripped off and the assistant manager almost accuse her of lying about the credit. She called me and attempted that on me. Since she was in a new car with a different tag. He said, the could only honor the credit if I had the tag number for the other car. I provided that information. Then the manager gets on the phone and says the credit was over a year ago and he doesn't know what it was for. He went on further to say that he will use a coupon this time but in the future, not to wait for a year to come in. I told him in the future do have your employees up charging anybody for service they dont need. It wont be a future going back there. CONSUMERS BEWARE!

It was a quick and painless process; I pulled in, exited my vehicle and stood to the side watching the noonday news while they worked. In total, I believe I was there for about ten minutes, and left with my record of a successful check in hand. I went directly to the tag office to renew my tags and was told my emission report is sent to them electronically so I could keep the hard copy for myself. For the record, I've been to Sun in the past as well with an older vehicle that did not pass the emission inspection. I left with a report on what needed to be done to the vehicle and a coupon for a discount inspection if I returned in a certain amount of time.

I remember when an oil change included topping off all fluids, checking and inflating the tires to the proper pressure, and cleaning the windshield. Those little details were part of what made your shop stand out. At my most recent visit, I brought in my 2015 Ford F-250 diesel for an oil and fuel filter change. I understand that prices have increased over the years, but this service was over $400. While I was there, I also asked if you could remount a tractor tire onto its rim. I was told to check inside, and the person I spoke with said it wouldn't be a problem. After returning to my truck to wait, I was then told I would have to leave the wheel and tire to be mounted later. I explained that I needed it mounted so I could get back to work. I was then told there was a car that had to be finished by 10:00 a.m., so it would have to wait until after that--or I could take it to the tire shop up the road. I paid for my service and left. I went to the tire shop that was recommended, and they had the tire mounted in less than two minutes for $10. I realize times have changed, costs have increased, and businesses face different challenges today. However, higher prices should not have to come with a decline in customer service. One of the reasons I have remained a loyal customer for so many years has been the quality of service your shop has always provided. Unfortunately, this visit left me disappointed. I wanted to share this feedback because I value the relationship I've had with your business over the years and hope you'll take it into consideration.
