I was told to bring my car up here by another shop since the shop I normally go to, don't do motor work. I was extremely excited because it's not a far commute from my house. When I arrived, the owners weren't there but a male named Derrick took my information and said the woman (Linda) would call. After speaking with her, I felt confident in their work. Now the bad part is: THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT EVERYTHING and I'm quite sure they don't have an earthly clue how to work on cars. I mistakenly left one of my baby's strollers in the trunk. I called to ask if I could come get it. They said yes. Unpin arrival, they were closed, at 5:49PM. They are supposed to close at 6:00PM. Now, today, I called LITERALLY 31 times and they watched the phone ring. So I caught a ride up there just to see them talking, laughing and NOT working or answering the phone. And they KNEW they were wrong because they didn't even charge me the diagnostic fee or anything. I attempted to get in my car and leave but subsequently, they killed my battery!! So now MORE TIME on this lot and I just wanted my car back and to never see their faces again. Anyhow, I digress... Also, since I read the other post of them wanting receipts, I'll screenshot the call log of them not answering the phone after 31 attempts.

On the third thing that I needed fixed another issue occurred. I spoke with the owner about the problem after seeing advice from two other mechanics in reference to what was wrong with my car now and they stated that what was fixed was now causing this new issue I brought the car back to him he claimed that it was not it despite the fact that those that I took the car to told me what the issue was despite me not telling them what had been done before All of this was done after he had my car for a week after he claimed it would be finished then got an attitude because he did not have my car ready at the appointed time and has now caused the additional damage he refused to do the repairs that he messed up and I then had to pay someone else after not having my car after these series of issues going wrong very disappointed because he knew that this was something that was done at his shop by his employee yet he did not honor fixing what was wrong and then proceeded to have an attitude

There are two lanes inside, on the day I went there was only one lane open and no wait. It was a pretty standard experience. I received a receipt and copy of the test. When I went to pay for my registration there was no problems.

The groupon included them coming to me, but instead he made me come to their service station lying the place was outside the perimeter when I was just c couple of miles away. Got the car ' detailed', or so I thought. At first glance the car looked clean but upon detail inspection, I noticed lots of things not done correctly. He did not clean the car seats. There was stuff coming out from within the seat gaps. There were stains, and streaks on windshield. He didnt even open the trunk! And upon questioning the service, he ***loudly screamed**** at me for a good 10 mts and asked me to leave!!!

I purchased a Groupon from this company on September 17th, and it took over three weeks just to get scheduled due to a complete lack of communication. I had to reach out multiple times, only to be met with delays and excuses. When I finally expressed my frustration about the unprofessionalism, the owner became defensive and argumentative instead of apologizing or attempting to fix the situation. In the end, he refused to complete the service and told me to get my money back because I didn't want to listen to more excuses. I'm highly disappointed because I try to support Black-owned businesses, but this company does not reflect the professionalism and quality that should be expected. Save your time and money--look elsewhere for better service.
