this is usually the place where my family and i go to for emissions, but i have to find a new one…read morenow. they hired a new man instead of the sweet older one that is usually there. i pulled up and was waiting for the new guy to motion me to drive in, he was sat there chilling for 15 minutes playing on his phone and drinking lemonade when there was no other customer ahead of me. i pulled in and he did not greet me, i said ready? and he said nothing back, im waiting some more and then he said "can i open your car door" i said "go ahead" but he opened it so forcefully, literally yanking it open. then im waiting some more and he says something like "i need your undivided attention, do you even want to get this done?" and im confused because ive been sat in my car waiting for him to say something to me, i look at the screen and see he wants me to say my mileage now. he never asked for it. i said my mileage and he looks pissed for no reason. then he tells me to get out of my car. i said i usually never have to do that here but sure, and he says nothing back. i'm waiting out in 40 degree weather for him to run the test. again, he says nothing when he is finished so when i see he is done i get back in my car. i could have gone anywhere else for a $25 emission but i used to love this specific place because they're usually fast and nice. but i will not be coming back

It's at the corner of the intersection of Bank of America and tire place and the title place. I never knew it was here I've always gone other places and this is actually the closest to my location. The young man was nice and professional. I was the third person in line. The line wasn't too slow and with Covid he kept his distance but WAS NOT WEARING A MASK. There was a little room you could wait in while you were getting your emissions because it was cold out. I did appreciate that. Basically I was in and out and it only cost me $22. There are two lanes inside, on the day I went there was only one lane open and no wait. It was a pretty standard experience. I received a receipt and copy of the test. When I went to pay for my registration there was no problems.
