I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED!! I waited to write my review for a few weeks to make sure my lashes would hold up and they have. They look as amazing 3 weeks later as they did the day I got them done. Kelly's technique and skill at applying the lashes is very very good. They are the perfect length that I described I wanted, no clumping, very little shed ( just your normal). They are lush and full and again I have to say these are the best set I have every had in all my years. Absolutely NO need to supplement with mascara of any kind . I have had many compliments. If you are thinking about getting lashes I highly recommend Kelly at Salon 828. I go to the Middletown De location but I understand she also works in the Wilmington De location also. I've been a regular customer of this business for a while and loved their services. What happened yesterday was beyond believable. I went in for acrylic nails. He asked me whether I wanted it long, to which I responded, "No." He proceeded to do my nails, and I just let him do his thing. I reckon he steps in when there's no one available. At some point, I told him I wanted it oval. My regular nails are so short. He told me they were so short, and he possibly couldn't shape it oval. He hadn't added the acrylics because he had interpreted my "no" as I didn't want the acrylic extensions. I had even said I wanted "French tip" with the acrylic. He kept complaining and arguing with me about what was said or what was not said. I decided 'enough was enough'. Let me just pay and leave. At 1st, I had agreed that he could just paint it as it was so we could move on. However, he kept arguing with me, and Ms Kay, the owner also defending him, that I said I didn't want acrylic and now I'm saying something different when she hadn't even heard the conversation when it occurred. At the end of the day, my nails were left midway, with acrylic powder on it, no paint, just undone, and awkward. There was no "I'm sorry" and no attempt to make it better, just arguing. Nobody has to be treated like that by any business. I didn't disrespect them in any way and didn't deserve to be treated like that. I wish to convey that it's important to be mindful of how you treat all your customers because we all matter, and you may also need someone else in a different setting.

I've tried a few salons out and most in the Middletown area don't even offer acrylic services or always recommend gel. I can honestly say the gel has been good to my nails. They are stronger, grow healthy, and they dont easily chip or break. I've been to this salon a few times before reviewing it to ensure its consistency, as I've had some inconsistent experiences with another salon in the same area.
