Just so you know, you are taken into a room with NO MIRRORS and asked to remove all clothing (as much as you are comfortable with) then the owner came in. She saw that I was completely naked, and when she started spraying, she didn't mention of two bright red patches I wear occasionally for pain that was on my backside and hip. It can be easily overlooked as it's not able to be felt. Initially I was very excited about the spray tan, then when I went home and changed clothes, my husband noticed the patches on my hip and backside and said," Honey, did you know you had two pain patches on?" I freaked out and looked in the mirror. I removed the patches and it left two white patches that I was unable to cover up with a swimsuit. I knew it would be very noticeable on stage and I didn't want points deducted by the judges because of this overlook. I had no other choice but to wash off the tan so that there wasn't a visible white patch to everyone in audience that weekend. I was very heartbroken as I spent approximately $100 on this service. What turned this into an even more poor experience, is when I tried to reach out to the studio and had no way to call or contact them except through Facebook. I was told by friends that have used her service to reach out the owner for the unsatisfactory service I received because "Christine prides herself in doing a good job", well, I don't know if it was her that replied back, but I specifically asked for a refund on just the spray tan, not any of the additional services I added on. Of course, she refused stating I knew about my pain patches when that was NOT true. I told her I forgot I had them on, PLUS I was in a room with NO MIRROR so how was I suppose to look over my body prior to getting sprayed?! It's common courtesy, I know for a FACT I would have told someone if I was offering a pricey service that I based my business on. I wish I didn't have to write this review, but the consumer public needs to know. If doing the morally right thing isn't a priority to keep clients vs making money, then I'll take my business elsewhere and share with others to do the same.

First, it has all the equipment you'll need to achieve whatever goal you may have. Dumbbells go up to 150-160 I believe, plenty of different treadmills, both sitting and standing. A nice dance studio that holds classes (Zumba and such). A smaller studio as well for stretching. The staff here is incredibly friendly. Mike, the owner, is a highly energetic person, always saying hi to the members, asking how they're doing. Little stuff that goes far with us. He also does a lot of charity type things. Just a genuinely good guy, that's extremely likable. Alan, the head trainer, also a good guy. Knows his material, isn't a "in your face trainer", but will definitely help you achieve your goals. Great guy. The members are also very friendly. No meat heads, no grunting, etc. For the most part, just average, everyday people. Don't get me wrong, there's definitely some nice eye candy there, but if that's all you care about, then go to retro and wait 20 minutes to use a machine. I rarely ever have to wait for anything here (and I workout between 4pm-7pm usually. Prime hours). In conclusion, if you want a nice, friendly, reasonably priced, 24 hour gym, then check this place out. It's a true diamond in the rough gym here in Delaware.
