We arrived at the reception but were greeted by no one, waiting for the receptionist to finish a long call. We were led into the dining area and were seated at an extremely noisy table near the kitchen where the servers organize the utensils. They seem to have a problem with anyone who doesn't speak Cantonese and really don't care if their own expression or demeanor will bother the customers. And the price is deceptive and very high. There is no hint on the menu of any service surcharge, and they mandatorily charge you 10% of the total on the bill, without informing you in anyway. They give you free-looking appetizer when seating you and charge you in the end. The black tea I had tasted moldy. Also, the price of rice here is a shocking $26 HKD per bowl in the Hong Kong-China area where most of the rice as a carb complement costs, at the very most, $10 HKD per bowl. We a party of 2 spent $52 HKD on the rice alone and were not told about the price when it was asked for. In the end, the view from the restaurant was not the expected harbour skyline but the back of the roof of a museum facing the harbour.
